Checked out this Goodwill for the very first time. Staff are so friendly. I had a donation bag that I brought inside thinking that they had a bin inside the doorway like some of them do and noticed they did not. I did not have time to drive around the back to wait in line to drop off my items, the lady at the front cashier was so nice and greeted me, took my items. Overall, i would say that this Goodwill is cleaner than most that I have been to. Will definitely be coming back!

Went in to donate a glass hamster tank . That I had purchased a few months prior from the same location. Fast forward I went back to donate it back and was told by Mark the attendant they wouldn't take it. When asked why he became aggressive and got in my face . Never will I ever step foot in another goodwill again !!!

I had a LOT more fun shopping here than I expected!! I came here with my husband and best friend and the 3 of us were just "killing time" until the piercing place opened. We ended up looking at all kinds of cool things and I got a few really cute items including butterfly wings, which I wear every week, and some super cute and sparkly high heels! ? We weren't there with an agenda and I think that's what really made it a fun adventure. If you're looking for something in particular, you might just find it. If not, you'll have fun!

Quality of the merchandise is going downhill and anything decent is just price-matched to ebay/etc by people in the back who don't know how to assess condition or legitimacy of the product, but I still luck out often enough to come back if I'm passing by.However, after overhearing the manager reprimand an employee in one of the least professional manners I've ever heard (and I worked retail for 6 years), I won't be back. Perfect place to shop if you like to hear the manager yell at someone behind a thin door while considering if you want to buy a $60 piece of art online for $49.99 in store, or if you want to buy a $7 H&M shirt for $4.99 that you can't try on before buying.

Terrific Shopping Experience. We were greeted kindly and felt welcomed. The ENTIRE staff was busy working and helpful. Easily the most organized and well kept store we had been to in awhile. Will be back for sure.

Nicely updated store. Restrictive return policy (no store credit). Also no fitting rooms. Will pass on clothes shopping here.

Shay was so nice, friendly, and thoughtful. They wrapped our delicate purchases so securely and provided us with sturdy totes to carry home our huge haul! Exceptional service. Everyone else working here was also nice.

I have shopped at Goodwill's for years, but limit my visits since they got rid of their dressing rooms. Their excuse is they were having a lot of theft. That would be the theft of clothes that have been donated to them. Of course, without dressing rooms, they can employ a lot fewer people. Pretty hard to buy clothes when you can't try them on.

Saturday the 18th the sign inside the store had "Green" for the half off color. I noticed later on my receipt that the discount was not applied. I called the store and spoke to Ozzy and he said that color was on Friday and "someone" forgot to change the sign.I'm really disappointed in the lack of management and disorganization. I'm trying to do my part to support non-profits and repurpose but its not worth my time and money to shop at Goodwill!

This location is a good one! I haven't had a lot of luck with clothing here - they seem to stock a lot of older items that aren't in great shape. However, I always seem to find a piece of furniture, cooking accessory, or book to take home! The staff are friendly, and the space is generally in good order. If you're looking to donate items, you can drive around the back of the building and pull into the drive-thru area. The staff working in that area are friendly and organized.

This is not a store to which we will consider making a donation in the near future. Has an irresponsible, rude, and arrogant manager and a culture that seems to say that it is okay to utilize its donors. We had several large furniture items to donate and brought we them to the store after carefully checking that they would be accepted. We specifically offered to send photos in case there was a question but were assured by the manager that this was not necessary---we just needed to bring the items in and they would take them provided we loaded them off at the loading dock. When we brought the furniture in, they were quick to take the items they wanted and then told us that there was "no more space" for the remaining articles. Rather than telling us the real reason why they did not want to take the other items---they only wanted things that would sell quickly---they "helpfully" directed us to another Goodwill store, sending us off on an essentially futile pursuit.Based on a subsequent conversation with the manager (who mysteriously was not "available" when we arrived at the store), we are convinced that the initial dishonest enthusiasm for all the items was motivated by the fear that we might otherwise donate the other items to another charity. This is rather callous behavior: it is not easy to cart furniture across town and to put donors in the position of taking things to the store only to have to take them back again (and, that too, after they have been unloaded) is simply unacceptable. The manager had the temerity to tell us that the store has "the right to refuse donations," as if this was ever the question. There wasn't even the hint of remorse for deceiving us at the outset and then lying to us again when we were at the store; the manager did not deny that we had been lied to, so there is no ambiguity in our minds about what actually happened. There are many other charities, such as Habitat for Humanity, that will not put you through this kind of rigamarole. We are shocked by this behavior and will stay away from Goodwill stores, especially this one, in the future.
