This morning May 17th stopped at this location since it said open till 3. We were going to drop off our property tax statement for them to do. Went in 2 other people waiting. No receptionist, I believe there were 3 tax advisors in their cubicles. We sat & sat no one came to ask any of us that were waiting if we needed help. I saw 2 of the advisors come out of their cubicle look around then went back into the cubicle. After a long wait we left. I would not recommend this place. Maybe its better at tax time but it was a waste of time for us. I would give it a 0 star if I could.

H&R Block knows their business. I've tried a competitor and wound up in trouble with the Fed. H & R Block is a safer and more competent business.

We have been going to the Roseville ( Har Mar) location for several years and Glen Meints has been our provider. Glen is knowledgeable, friendly, professional-the list goes on and on!

She missed a 17,000$$ error and now I have to wait till she amends everything and not touch the money that was refunded until I get a different amount from when she ammends it. I'll have to pay state and federal and the kicker she only offered 50 bucks to take care of this situation very insulting!!!Because now refund will be cut in half if not more due to her mistake which h and block should take very seriously which now will be timely and I'll have to wait till she amends it and then pay difference and mail state and federal sense it was direct deposit.... I'm seriously lost for words... it's basically on her time frame when she does this and I know I'm repeating myself but I have to pay the difference again H and R blocks mistake not mine they need to do something to make this situation better THIS IS NOT OK-A SEVENTEEN THOUSAND DOLLAR MISTAKE - that I have to deal with...:( edit there was never a mistake from the get go honestly annoyed with the whole process I had at h and R block unsure if I'll go again if they just reviewed everything none of this would of happened alot of unnecessary worrying...

Worst experience I have ever had. My tax prep was rude, rushing just very unprofessional. I will not be back. Which is a shame as I have used HRB for years.

I am absolutely disappointed on how expensive the service is for so little work that needed to be done. My taxes took no more than 10 minutes to be completed and was charged $200 for the service. There is no way I would recommend such an expensive service to anyone.
