First time coming in this store and this lovely gal Alicia came to greet me. So very welcoming and made sure I had everything I need. The prices are a bit overpriced and wish they were a little cheaper but the service was amazing and I would give a 9/10!

I love the boldly colorful designs at The Loft! The clothes are bright & fresh. Many other stores' color schemes seem pale, dusty, drab, listless, neutral and a tad boring.
Kelly & Caroline were very kind, attentive, helpful and good-natured during my first visit to this location, and I was able to find several things for an upcoming international trip. ¡Muchas gracias por su ayuda! The store was clean and huge, and the clothes clearly well-organized and tastefully arranged. I definitely plan to come back.

The two women working, in a nearly empty store, spent our entire trip gossiping behind the counter instead of acknowledging any of their customers. Not once we’re we greeted or asked how they could help. We won’t be back.

Friendly staff. I love their colors and designs. I wear a size large or 12 and they sell out fast. Prices are little higher than I like, but quality is excellent.

Salutations! ? Mrs. Brasil could not try on at this store. Even final sale!!!! Lady told us to come back to return but so not convenient. ? Other loft stores let Mrs. Brasil try on so why not here??? Mrs. Brasil and I go to other loft stores now.
