At Lululemon at Rosedale Mall, I recently had a very disappointing experience. The first issue I had was when I had ordered a pair of pants which they were going to hem. I dropped them off on a Monday and was told they would be ready by the end of the week. It wasn't until 3 weeks later I received a call from them saying they forgot to check them in once they came back from being hemmed, but they were ready now. The second issue was this weekend when I went to exchange a sweatshirt for a different color. I never wore the sweatshirt, but rather tried it on at home with the pants I bought and realized they didn't match at all. I was told I needed the receipt (which my hubby threw away on accident). I had proof in my online app and explained how I actually bought them from their store less than 2 weeks ago. I also explained how I was able to exchange a pair of pants I had after 3 months without the receipt so didn't understand the difference. I told her that I have spent thousands of dollars at Lululemon and if she looked up my account she would see I don't exchange things a lot and I'm not trying to scam people. When I said I spent thousands of dollars, she rolled her eyes and said, "That's great for you." At no time was I trying to brag, I was just simply trying to say I am a loyal customer. I asked to speak to a manager just to confirm. The associate literally said, "I really don't want to waste their time because I just explained the return policy to you." As a manager myself, if I overheard someone from my team respond to someone in that manner, I would be appalled. As a manager, responding to guest concerns are my job, and in no way would I want them to feel like their concern is a burden to me. I was mind blown. She hesitantly went and got someone who more polity explained their return policy and apologized that I was able to do so before, but this time I could not.I believe that good customer service is vital for any successful business, and unfortunately, Lululemon's Rosedale store fell short in this aspect. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment. I'm not mad that I wasn't able to return something, it was more how the sales associate treated and spoke down to me. I hope that Lululemon takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues at this specific store location.I'm not looking for anything in return for my negative experience.I just hope my feedback helps Lululemon improve their customer service and prevent others from experiencing a similar disappointment. I don't know her name, but she was at the register on Saturday, Dec. 2nd around 5:00pm. I've shopped at 4+ locations, and this by far has been repeatedly the worst location I've been to. I will not be going back to this location.

Worst lulu location. First the selection is every small. Second the employees are not knowledgeable or helpful. Most look to be high school students.

Called to ask about product availability and spoke to Brooklyn, she was AMAZING, although the product was only available online for all Minnesota locations, she was quickly able to tell me that and also gave me great advice on other ‘pants’ and not just leggings (which was perfect) that work well for tall women, straight leg vrs joggers, etc…which was extremely helpful and I’m ordering as soon as I post credit where due!! Thanks Brooklyn; you are a great Lulu educator and your exceptional customer service skills makes for a pleasant shopping experience whether be online or in store!

FIRE LULULEMON “EDUCATOR” Brennan Foekler. Terrible, horrible service. You do NOT want something like this working for you. Extremely rude, tried to scam me, and very passive aggressive. I will never be going here as Brennan Foekler works here.

The first educator (extremely sweet and helpful) I spoke with said that they would be able to hem my capris into a biker short, so I tried on a pair of shorts to see what fit I preferred. On my way out of the fitting room a different educator (not very kind) said that I was unable to get my item hemmed due to it “changing the intended fit” of the item. Which does make sense but I’ve never been unable to hem an item through Lulu before. Other stores have done this for me countless times. Their website states nothing about this policy, overall not the best experience.

I went in with an internet order of shorts that were too small. Lauren was friendly and efficient. She didn’t have them in stock, so she placed an online order for me for the larger size, taking back the ones that were too small.

Wonderful new location, bigger space, and neat. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Although you may find a clothing item you like, they probably have the same item in different fabrics. Lululemon offers resizing for free, which is a huge plus. The space itself is inspiring, bright and welcoming. They have much dedicated space to each section (men, women, accessories) You have room to move around, technology is found throughout the space. You can sense the intention of Lululemon in their advertisement in/around their store. Prime location on the first floor of Rosedale mall. I'll be back to explore more of the store.

I went to the rosedale mall to see the selection of stores, and when I saw lululemon I was immediately excited. I’ve been looking for a black belt bag for many months, and I was hoping to find one at this store. It just so happens that not only does this store not carry belt bags, AND it’s extremely under stocked. I probably would rather go to the MOA Lululemon instead. If you are coming to the mall just for this store, I don’t recommend it.

sarah and payton were so so helpful. i was a bit of a needy customer with lots of questions and needing different sizes. sarah started a fitting room for me right away and gave me suggestions for something else they had in stock when the item i was looking for wasn’t at their location. payton helped me find the perfect size leggings without needing any hemming done, as well as look to see what other locations might have the scuba hoodie i was looking for. very pleased with my experience! wonderful informative staff! it’s nice to have help to find the perfect fit when spending a decent amount on your clothes!:-)
