The Hispanic lady that was working the fitting room on 1/2 was extremely rude. The line was long so it was about a 10+ minute wait. My boyfriend stayed in line and I went and shopped for other things. By the time it was his turn for a room I came and stood in line with him. The worker greeted him and asked his name while taking his belongings he was trying on and putting it in the fitting room for him, I was walking in the room with him and she didn’t grab the things I wanted to try on and immediately told me that I couldn’t be in the fitting room with him. But the room we went in 2 ladies came out of and the room next to us it was 3 ladies in 1 room, when I brought up the amount of people in 1 fitting room she made the excuse up of it being a long line and they didn’t want to wait. It was still a long line so why would I want to go to the back of the line and wait?! She let up to 3 people in 1 fitting room but stopped and said something to me. I understand certain work rules you have to go by but make sure the same rules apply to EVERYONE. Her approach was very very rude. I spend a lot of money at Lululemon and I make weekly visits at this location, you would think to have better service and approach to customers.
Eventually we spoke to the manager Mark and he was very understanding and great! Thanks Mark!

I was in the store yesterday around 4:30. I had a baby recently and was looking for new leggings. The worker in that area was very helpful and looked up sizes and lengths for me. The person at the dressing room area was amazing. She recommended a different style she thought I might like better, which I did. She helped me find a good size. Honestly, all the women in there were very kind and welcoming. I would go back to the store again before buying online based on my experience. I’m thankful for them because shopping for new sized/clothes postpartum can be hard.

I tried to return a pair of shorts a day after purchase. I washed them once and they faded significantly. In the past I’ve returned Lulu without problems if the product doesn’t meet the Lulu performance guarantee.
When I tried to return the shorts a day after purchase the cashier refused too do so, despite me explaining that I bought them the day prior.

How often do you get to interact with 4 staff in the store that get you a fitting room, help your tween figure out her size, order the shirt she wanted that they didn’t have in store and check us out?

At Lululemon at Rosedale Mall, I recently had a very disappointing experience. The first issue I had was when I had ordered a pair of pants which they were going to hem. I dropped them off on a Monday and was told they would be ready by the end of the week. It wasn't until 3 weeks later I received a call from them saying they forgot to check them in once they came back from being hemmed, but they were ready now. The second issue was this weekend when I went to exchange a sweatshirt for a different color. I never wore the sweatshirt, but rather tried it on at home with the pants I bought and realized they didn't match at all. I was told I needed the receipt (which my hubby threw away on accident). I had proof in my online app and explained how I actually bought them from their store less than 2 weeks ago. I also explained how I was able to exchange a pair of pants I had after 3 months without the receipt so didn't understand the difference. I told her that I have spent thousands of dollars at Lululemon and if she looked up my account she would see I don't exchange things a lot and I'm not trying to scam people. When I said I spent thousands of dollars, she rolled her eyes and said, "That's great for you." At no time was I trying to brag, I was just simply trying to say I am a loyal customer. I asked to speak to a manager just to confirm. The associate literally said, "I really don't want to waste their time because I just explained the return policy to you." As a manager myself, if I overheard someone from my team respond to someone in that manner, I would be appalled. As a manager, responding to guest concerns are my job, and in no way would I want them to feel like their concern is a burden to me. I was mind blown. She hesitantly went and got someone who more polity explained their return policy and apologized that I was able to do so before, but this time I could not.I believe that good customer service is vital for any successful business, and unfortunately, Lululemon's Rosedale store fell short in this aspect. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment. I'm not mad that I wasn't able to return something, it was more how the sales associate treated and spoke down to me. I hope that Lululemon takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues at this specific store location.I'm not looking for anything in return for my negative experience.I just hope my feedback helps Lululemon improve their customer service and prevent others from experiencing a similar disappointment. I don't know her name, but she was at the register on Saturday, Dec. 2nd around 5:00pm. I've shopped at 4+ locations, and this by far has been repeatedly the worst location I've been to. I will not be going back to this location.

Worst lulu location. First the selection is every small. Second the employees are not knowledgeable or helpful. Most look to be high school students.

Called to ask about product availability and spoke to Brooklyn, she was AMAZING, although the product was only available online for all Minnesota locations, she was quickly able to tell me that and also gave me great advice on other ‘pants’ and not just leggings (which was perfect) that work well for tall women, straight leg vrs joggers, etc…which was extremely helpful and I’m ordering as soon as I post credit where due!! Thanks Brooklyn; you are a great Lulu educator and your exceptional customer service skills makes for a pleasant shopping experience whether be online or in store!
