Love love love the products- didn’t like being pressured into purchasing more than I wanted when I just wanted to roam and maybe organically find something else I wanted. Sales associate was nice but I would have loved to just shop. Won’t be back and will order online from now on!

Gabby helped me out today even though I walked in with zero plan—no pressure, just good vibes. She introduced me to a petition I ended up signing, and she explained it in a way that made me genuinely care. I also grabbed a small soap sample for my mom, and it was a nice surprise to see the QR code for the petition right on the sample bag—smart touch. I found something perfect for my budget and walked out feeling welcomed and excited to return. Great experience all around.
Edit 7/16: Sarah helped me find some soaps that my mom may like and also respected my boundaries when it came to an arm massage. I really love this location. They always respect me and my pronouns too!
Edit 7/19: it was a party up in here and everyone was dressed in 90s gear it was so fun! I had a blast making a bath bomb for my neighbor, trying to guess a lip scrub, and going through a skin care routine for my paws. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming as usual.

If you enjoy high pressure sales, not being allowed to browse the store and sales staff not being able to take no for an answer then this is the store for you! Love the products but I will never shop at this location again.

High pressure sales tactic toward young teens. Then had the audacity to say I was a bad parent for allowing my teenage daughter to shop there unattended. My daughter left knowing she didn't want the products and immediately asked me to return the items. Great lesson for my daughter, so we took away a positive! Terrible business model. Parents beware.

I went to Lush to see in person some products that I found on the website. The staff was super helpful and I actually ended up buying about 3x more than I was planning to buy online just because of their friendly attitude!
My favorite part of the experience was that the employee asked me what I loved about my skin and she suggested a product to help accentuate my skin. Often times, the beauty industry focuses on the flaws, so I thought this was just so lovely! I will be coming back for more products when I need them.

One of the smaller Lush locations I’ve been to, but the staff were super helpful and they had everything I wanted in stock + fresh free samples. Highly recommend stopping by!

Drove an hour to lush to find they are closed due to staffing issue. They should post they are not open online so no one else wastes their time.

I came in today and met the MIT, she was extremely helpful and had great energy and helped me pick out the yog nog gift set for myself; and even let me vent a little. It’s refreshing to see this company make a change by putting people of color in leadership who actually deserve to be there, rather than the typical fake woke white managers lush is known for employing. It’s also a relief to be able to safely shop here again, because the two previous managers of this location made It unbearable for me to come in! This company still has a long way to go but it seems like they finally have stepped up their game when it comes to hiring non-racist, non-judgmental, uneducated managers whom can be a safe place for non-white customers and employees. I will be back to shop! :)

Stopped in today quickly to get a gift for my wife absolutely clueless about what to get her. I was quickly helped by a young woman named Sarah. She was prompt and even let me try a couple products before we settled on the two products she suggested to me. 5/5 experience thanks Sarah !
