We cannot speak to the quality of the furniture because we haven’t had it very long. We also, would not give our sales rep a 2 star review. The part that has been ridiculous and not well executed is the delivery. Clearly the whole production is not well run. On one occasion we waited a few extra hours for our delivery. Annoying but at least we got our item. On the second delivery, the app kept updating as if we were the next stop, but 5 hours later the app went dark and delivery for the day was complete. I assume we weren’t even on the route for that day. Skip ahead to when we tried again. This time we got no notification they were coming but they came promptly with wrong item. This is amazing. OMG! What is happening over there?! The delivery system, estimation times, routes, packing the truck (are first piece was badly damaged) and the app, are not synchronized at all and the customer ends up wasting hours expecting a delivery “that is the next stop” not never comes.

I want to thank Elisa Lobo Neese for helping us to find the best mattress at Macy’s furniture she is the best macys is so lucky to have her she talked politely and identified every single mattress and there functions and asked us a couple questions to help us which one was good for us thanks a lot for you Elisa we are happy with this mattress

Diane Howe did a great job of helping me find the perfect couch! She gave me several samples of upholstery options to take home and see in situ. She patiently looked at the curtain samples I was trying to work with. I'll be going back to her my next decor update project ❤️

I just walked the entire store and was not approached by even one service rep asking if I need assistance. Most furniture stores you get pounced on the moment you walk through the front door. The whole experience was quite disappointing. While they did have some exceptionally beautiful pieces, the overall store lacked any depth, visual elements, compelling displays or aesthetically appealing spaces making one want to purchase. They need an interior designer to come in and give their store an overhaul as well as training on enhancing the customer experience.

I've bought here multiple times before and the prices are reasonable and good customer service. However, last time I went looking for end tables the selection just over all wasn't what it had been across the board for furniture. There were parts of the store that seemed barely used. A wide selection is obviously important when talking about finding a great option when buying high priced items. Hopefully the stores fills up again.

We were shopping for a new mattress/box spring. The female salesperson was eager to show us what they had to offer and make suggestions according to our requests. She was friendly and knowledgeable while answering our questions. To top it off, Macy offers free delivery and set up! Such an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Thank you, Kathryn! She gave us her business card, and we plan to make our purchase at Macy's.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I definitely would.
My husband and I went in looking for a sofa with “smaller” dimensions because of how we wanted our room to look. Immediately, the “Karen” that greeted us assumed that we were poor. She proceeded to determine for us which sofa we could get. She also made snide comments like, “Well, if you want a bigger sofa, get a bigger house…” and other assumptive side comments. It was truly ridiculous and rude. I did consider purchasing one of the sectionals I saw, but was so dismayed by her behavior that I decided against it.
I remember coming here a few years ago and dealing with the same ridicule. I don’t recall if it was the same person. Either way, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from this place.
