This company has fallen so far - I will never get furniture from them again. I tried to place an order online - it immediately said order cancelled - so of course I tried again - same thing simply a message saying order cancelled - so I tried a third time - same result. I called the phone number for customer service and they told me they have to verify EVERY online order.....that seems highly unlikely at best. The best part is - the order price hit my bank account all three times.....so they cancelled the order but still charged me for it immediately....It's been a week and still waiting for one of those to be credited back.....then they deliver it early! Hurray! Except it's supposed to be 6 chairs and I only got 4 chairs - call back and they tell me they will resubmit the order - no e-mail confirmation, no confirmation number - they say just wait about a week for the e-mail......what an absolute clown show - this used to be a decent company run with dignity and class - not anymore - slid right into the garbage.....

Staff was actually annoyed by my presence. Two workers (one male, sitting at a table and one woman who had walked up) were arguing over who had to help me because neither wanted to. No hello greeting, no smile, just an angry glare as I walked up. And I was ready to buy! I even went back to the hours on the door to confirm they were open, (in case I'd accidentally come at closing) but they were open for many more hours! Can't understand that kind of attitude. I work in retail and if any of my team members did anything close to this, they'd be gone...today. I'm still in shock!

We bought our couch 8 years ago and had a pretty good experience buying it. We bought the protection plan because they said if we didn't use it we would get the price back in a voucher after 7 years. We moved during that time and couldn't find the paperwork once the 7-year period was up. I just found it and called. They refused to honor the 'great give back offer' for the voucher because we missed the time frame to apply. Apparently it's only 90 days (!!) from when the 7 years expires. I can't see any reason why the application period is so short. So unless you have a great memory and will remember to apply right on time in 7 years, I firmly suggest you skip the warranty. The cost of their furniture is much higher than other stores anyway, so very unlikely we will be going back.

Unfortunately you can't call the store. You get the general Macy's number and it takes 25 mins for someone from Florida to connect you to the store.

We bought a wonderful leather electric recliner for my mother-in-law last summer. The electric recliner stopped working in February 2023. Sales guy showed me how to check all the connections. No problem there. I made an appointment with their outsourced Quality people who arrived March 4th and crawled around the chair and said it's the motor. They said they would order a new motor and it would arrive in 2-8 weeks. May 8th and there's no sign of a motor. Macy's person called the Quality people who said they can't get the motor. Now we are waiting for a purchase order for a replacement chair. Stay tuned...

Went to this store today in search of a new mattress. We were met by the lovely Eleeza who was referred to as a mattress expert. What an appropriate title. She was very attentive, asked many questions to uncover our needs and was not pushy in anyway. She walked us through a variety of options she felt would address our needs and then recommended we rest on each one for an extended period of time. She quietly left us to our testing until we were ready to discuss our purchase. When it came time to buy she was extremely informative and did a great job setting our expectations around delivery, timing, and purchasing options.I was SO pleased to work with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the market. She is delightful!!!As a side note the store was clean, quiet and easy to navigate. Much better than the big box experience.

Had an end to end excellent experience! Monday night I went in looking for the perfect sofa that was firm and reasonable size.Todd, the sales person was super helpful and helped me find the perfect one and was able to get it delivered today on Friday (4 days from ordering).Delivery experience was exceptional. Was notified the day before of the two hour window and in the morning the driver called and had a link to track the delivery.PSA: Don’t order a sofa from Amazon that you put together.

Elisa and Todd were wonderful to work with for buying our new mattresses and adjustable bases. We had shopped a couple mattress-exclusive stores and didn’t feel like we were getting enough information just more of a sales pitch and Elisa was really patient and incredibly knowledgeable in helping us make our decisions - which we appreciated as it’s a big investment. Great selection of mattresses to choose from at differing price points.

Avoid this Macys like the plague. Who is still going to Macys in this day and age really? I didn't even know that these things still existed. It feels wrong having driven here in a car, I think a covered wagon would've been more appropriate.The service here is poor and they will scam you.I paid for a lovely sectional I found up front and they refuse to provide it for me or to ship it. The only thing they have for me are excuses. Hold on tight to your wallets folks.
