Came in Wednesday as a walk in and waited for 1.5 hours and never got fitted. It's prom season so I understood that. Scheduled a fitting online for noon another day, got there 10mins early, had to flag down an employee to figure out how to start my fitting. I was told to scan in with the QR code and wait in line for 1.5 to 2+ hours and that they can't honor appointments. Don't offer appointments if you cant honor them; Utterly ridiculous. This location needs to shut down. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Had some shirts costom fitted and I got them back and they didn't fit right okay. Do them over again. They going to call me back later to see if they fit again.

I love Men’s Warehouse, but this is the worst location I have ever visited. I am in town for a wedding and stopped by for a shirt. I wanted to buy a blazer and a vest, but the people working there were not helpful. They told me to go look at the racks for what I wanted. Even other customers coming in received similar answers. And the staff wan’t busy. They were standing around. Most Men’s Warehouse locations have great customer service. Stay clear of this location!

Tried to get info on a suit I previously ordered so i could order another one. Girl rudely said she couldn't help me and didn't know how to find my size. Said I needed to wait for manager. Waited for manager on hold. No answer. Called back 5 more times and no answer.

Big selection of suits, sport coats, shoes and accessories. I check clearance sections and receive emails to increase opportunities for great deals. I'm pleased and recommend completely.

While they had nothing that fit me, they did recommend a place that did work. Apparently, blue is a "crazy" color, and he recommend a place in northtown that worked.

Utterly unhelpful and unprofessional. Two employees bickered at each other the whole time I was present. First employee measured me wrong for a suitcoat. Employee was totally unaware of where the different styles were even though they had signs at each rack, ultimately I ended up trying things on by myself while they awkwardly watched. Go to Macy's.

We were there on a Sunday to help our son pick out a suit. What a horrible experience. The older man that was working at least took his measurements to start us off but then left us to fend for ourselves. One of the other workers was playing on his cell phone and the other one was cleaning. Clearly we need some help to find our way out of the mess since nothing was easy to find. There was one other customer in the store so it wasn't like they were too busy. We never got any help after wandering around for 20 minutes and clearly the staff there did not want the sale. One of the employees actually told us to go to Macy's. I guess it was too much work to help us out. We ended up taking his advice and went to Macy's and the experience was a million times better. We had personal service and the employee there was with us the whole time to find the suit we needed. Some advice to mens wearhouse... Learn the simple idea of good customer service. You lost a $400+ sale. Thank you Amine from Macy's!

I would go into the 0 or negative range if I could. I walked in and found some shoes that I was interested in. I found a gentleman that came back to where the shoes were. He said that he would help me when he was done with his customer he was helping. I waited another 15 minutes and watched him walk around me like I was the plague. He did help a group of people that just walked in and started to speak their language ( Somali.) I walked out and won't ever go back into a men's warehouse AGAIN.
