Noble Laundromat is an always clean and neat facility that provides a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It is not overly crowded, and the people who wash there are generally friendly and mind their own business. Many customers report a wonderful experience, noting the exceptionally clean facility and good quality machines that work perfectly. The environment has made some who used to fear going out to wash clothes feel comfortable. However, there are significant issues with payment and machine operation. Customers are strongly warned not to use the debit or credit card payment option. The system places a $10 hold on cards for any transaction, regardless of the actual, lower machine price, and refunds are inconsistent, sometimes resulting in customers being cheated. It is recommended to use cash for quarters or tokens instead. Some machines can also be problematic, with dryers cheating minutes by adding less time than paid for, and washers described as super tiny. On a recent hot day, the air conditioning was not working. Additionally, the advertised free WiFi sometimes has no visible password code posted. Management is difficult to reach, with the owner reportedly out of the country and only a maintenance guy available, who is unhelpful with complaints. The experience is considered 50/50; you might get good machines with no issues, or you might encounter these persistent problems with little recourse.

Hi im at your laundry and your dryer number 58 is not hot and it has this clicking sound i talk to your worker but he ignore. Bad customer service from him. I come here alot and this time my first time got a bad service.

Everything is clean, machines are fast and work great, this is our favorite laundromat in the area!
