While waiting in line I watched an interaction between coworkers that had left me speechless. A cashier made an honest mistake and asked for help. Linz (another employee) looked over at this employee, rolled her eyes, and began to make comments how they were going to need to be retrained and that it was ridiculous that they made this mistake. What Linz did was completely degrading and honestly baffling that you would do this in front of customers. If it were up to me they would be fired. Kindness is more important then messing up and forgetting to press a button. Go touch some grass.

Buying online from now on if I shop there again. There were 50% off signs all over the place without specifying which items, then stixker shock when I find out none of my clothes were part of the sale.

They claim to have all these sizes and styles, but this was the second store that didn't have any jeans in my size. The website is a joke, too. No employees to ask questions or help me. Would be a zero if I could.

Manager was incredibly rude. I’d recommend going to another Old Navy. Disrespectful, negative and she made snarky comments. Sad.

Great sales but what really makes me hesitate to shop there more is the long lines. I was there on a weekday morning and a woman with two huge garbage bags of returns and another with one garbage bag who wanted to do online exchanges. Six people in line waiting for a simple purchase and are expected to wait 30 - 45 minutes in line is ridiculous. There were multiple employees at the register who saw the line and no backup. There should be a separate area of the store for these transactions.

This location used to be really nice but a lot has changed. I had a very uncomfortable experience with one of the employees, an older white woman continued to follow me for no reason. I was only purchasing a few and this employee made it a very uncomfortable experience for me. Also, a lot of the clothes are all over the place at this location. Good advice to go to the one at Mall of America or a different location.
