I went here this morning and Brenda was extremely rude , she kept putting my bracelet directly on the glass counter and just kept tossing it around with no care in the world , i love coming here but she needs to fix her attitude.

I love the little pandora store! The employees are super nice and attentive. The area is cut clean, and the jewelry is splendid. That's why I'm rating this place 5 stars.

I frequently shop this location and I’ve never had any issues!! Some reviews complain about lack of product but hellooo it was just the holiday season. So literally EVERY STORE has low inventory. I guess you have to have worked retail to understand that stuff does not just magically appear. Especially when everything sells out due to it being Christmas or Valentine’s Day. And I’m not sure who the people worked with that said the customer service is bad. Every time I walk into this location and the Woodbury lakes location I’ve always been immediately acknowledged and yes , sometimes you may have to wait a little bit. But that is because you are helped one on one. Come on guys ITS A JEWELRY STORE. They can’t just leave everything out so you can help yourself. But I guess nowadays no one knows what the word patience means nor do they understand working in retail. I swear Covid made everyone very self centered. The people that work at these stores are PEOPLE TOO. People that literally wait on you day in and day out. So instead of complaining how about show some gratitude. The people at pandora and every other store deserve better. Yes they get paid to work there. But they are not paid to get treated horrible or have people write horrible things about them. Stop the entitlement already! At the end of the day these people don’t HAVE TO HELP YOU they choose to work there because they WANT TO HELP YOU.

I understand that it was the holiday season however they should have asked people if they had online orders to avoid the 45 min wait time for a 10 min transaction.

Lazy workers. I hate coming to this location. My wife loves pandora pieces. But these ladies working on 01/112025 @ 1pm could care less about the business they work for. Crazy work going on over there….👎🏾

This Pandora location has gone downhill. I used to go in all of the time and the staff was wonderful. Now when I walk in, the salespeople are sitting on their phones and no one greeted me.

This black girl rushed us because there’s people waiting outside. And won’t allow to show me more necklaces to buy, so she basically rushed us and kicked us out of the store because there’s “other people in line” we were only in there for approximately 10 minutes while other people where taking their time. I will be returning back to return items.

I don't think I have ever called a place 14 times in 6 hours trying to spend 4000$ only to never have anyone answer the phone. I had to drive by eventually just to make sure they really aren't open. And sure enough. They just didn't want my money lol

Went to buy my grand daughter a birthday bear. Was so hearth felt, as staff had my to foot press to put stuffing inside bear, then she gave me a heart to hold up to heaven in Prayer, rub on my knee so whenever she need me, put on my heart ❤️ to always love her, last but not least make a wish for her.
So touching which made the bear more special. The best present ever. I also record my voice and she put that in the bear hand
If Amy of you have little ones the perfect special gift. A joyous occasion 4 me. Then you get a birth certificate for your bear

Went to exchange an item. Had the receipt we were a day late according to the manager on duty (late afternoon) January 29 2024. She was very, very rude! Never before has Pandora been to mean! I believe it was because of my older age!
She rudely took the receipt, read it, gave it back and that was it. No exchanges or returns after 30 days! We did kearn that if you do not have the receipt, you can get a gift card for the amount...thank you for helping us! We just wanted a different item... We will never shop there again!

If I could give negative star review I would!!! I purchased a ring there about a year ago and the stone keeps falling out. I asked if there is a way for them to tighten the prongs that hold the stone in place. The person that answered the phone made it seem like something was broken on there which there’s nothing broken, and very rudely and unprofessional like said that is not a service we offer which I do not understand because there’s nothing broken on it. You don’t need a welder or anybody with anything specific to do, you just need to place the stone in it and tighten the prongs I don’t get how that’s not a service you offer if I purchased something from you guys. Your employees are very extremely rude. I do not ever plan on coming back to Pandora for anything and I would definitely tell anybody who even thinks about going there about this experience and how rude your employees are.

I bought a ring and paid over $200 and it tarnished and wore in less than a year span. I have jewelry I have paid way less for that is still holding up way better. I went into the store and the associate at the time told me that's just how the jewelry is, when I asked about the warranty she said it was only for the stones. I cannot believe I paid $200 for something that is so fake, cheap and will tarnish this horribly! Don't buy jewelry from here, go to Amazon or Target as I have and the rings have held on way better for way longer!
