I have been a customer of this place for 3 years and until today everything was fine. The glasses were made without any problems and I was happy to use them. But today everything was different. I will wait for some time for a call from them to correct the situation. I do not want to simply leave
everything as it was. I hope they will find the right solutionIn... any case, I will inform the public later how it all ended.. oh, you finally gave some kind of answer, thank you, that's great. Alvin was extremely unhelpful I understand that he may feel hurt by the claims I have against his employees but that is no reason to disrespect me and refuse to offer service when I was never hostile he handed the situation very unprofessionally I would not recommend this location.

Alvin went above and beyond for me with the best customer service I've ever seen! I went in just to get my glasses adjusted and left with two pairs of glasses one pair of regular glasses and one pair of sunglasses! The order was quick and the follow-up was nothing short of amazing! Very impressed with his customer service!! 5 star all day!

I came here for an eye appointment and buy new glasses. Alvin worked with me and he was awesome. He walked through on how the glasses worked because I bought the Meta glasses and he was very thorough solid.

I personally had a great experience here today. They were right on time with my appointment and the staff was friendly all around! Kat helped me find glasses that fit me well since it’s harder due to my donkin head size. The Doctor got me in and out pain free compared to other places I’ve been. He answered all questions I had. Everyone I talked to did their job well, from start to finish. I’ll be back next year!

I was wondering if I was the odd one out with my bad experience, but it seems that many others have experienced similar concerns at this store. The doctor flipped through lens very quickly so I highly doubt we got the right prescription. When using the glasses made by the store, I had a very bad headache. The store manager was not helpful in addressing the problem. Tried his solution of wearing it longer for 2 weeks to see if it fixed the problem but it didn't. Went back but was given an extremely unprofessional treatment. The store manager had a big ego and would downplay the concerns I raised. He told me how I should be feeling, instead of listening to the issues I had with the glasses. Clearly, he was not willing to work towards a winning solution for the customer. As a provider of eye care, I would expect the optometrist business to care more about the well-being of their patients. Apparently, this is not the case. I am sharing my experience so that others can avoid the disappointment and disrespectful service at this store.

I recently purchased a pair of Tom Ford glasses - the glasses were made incorrectly so had to return them. I have been visiting the establishment on a weekly basis to try to get the glasses right but the outcome has been negative overall. Pearle Vision indeed has a good catalog of glasses but I question the quality and expertise when it comes to producing the final set with the prescription.
