12-7-25 Well second time is a charm they say and it was. Thought my second trip was gonna be a bummer, but then an Angel Appeared out of the back and asked if I found what I was looking for. I told her what I needed, and showed her what it looked like from the Pet Supplies Plus App I have, and she went right to it!! I was so happy and relieved that I was getting what I came for!! The first gal that I asked which was the cashier, she thought it was out of stock. But, the brand I was looking for happened to be in two spots. Maybe she was new??? Anyway Mission Accomplished!! Great Prices and had a coupon from the store that they texted me!! Thank U Pet Supplies Plus!!”

“I ordered curbside pickup because I am injured and cannot walk well and have a torn rotator cuff so carrying a large bag of food would be rather difficult for me at this time. When I arrived at the Roseville location I opened the petco app and hit the “I’m here” button and it said someone would be right out with my order. No one came out .. after 10 minutes I attempted to call the store and I got a prerecorded message saying the store was closed at this time, even though it clearly was not - it was 8 they closed at 9 and there were still other customers going in and out of the store with purchases. I looked the phone number up just to double check I had the correct store and called again same thing. After 25 minutes I made my way inside and a girl was standing there doing nothing right by the front entrance and I explained my situation. Her response was “well the app doesn’t work to notify us you have to call”. I told her I did and that it said they were closed. She didn’t have any idea what to say … she went to get my order and another woman walked up and asked if I had been helped and before I could even respond she was gone. The girl came back with the order so much as threw the large bag of food and other item I had purchased at me and said “here ya go”. Not can I help you to the car.. not do you need help carrying this… not can I get you a cart even!! She literally stood and watched as I limped out of the store barely hanging into the bag of dog food. Some people are Absolutely not fit for customer service or even jobs with the general public at all. She was one of those people. I will not go back and I will drive to a further away location to make sure I don’t run into her again. Ridiculous!!!!”
