12-7-25 Well second time is a charm they say and it was. Thought my second trip was gonna be a bummer, but then an Angel Appeared out of the back and asked if I found what I was looking for. I told her what I needed, and showed her what it looked like from the Pet Supplies Plus App I have, and she went right to it!! I was so happy and relieved that I was getting what I came for!! The first gal that I asked which was the cashier, she thought it was out of stock. But, the brand I was looking for happened to be in two spots. Maybe she was new??? Anyway Mission Accomplished!! Great Prices and had a coupon from the store that they texted me!! Thank U Pet Supplies Plus!!”

“The woman running the front end, not sure her name, but shorter with a slick back ponytail was so sweet and friendly. She really made the trip feel less like a chore. She was interacting with the pets of the customers in front of me in line and thanked me for coming in. It's the small things that make you pick a chain location and she does them.”

“I have never been to this particular Chuck and Don’s for pet grooming. But, thought I’d give it a try. Sally was fabulous! She carefully listened to everything I asked her to do and she also cleaned our dogs teeth better than anyone else has ever done. We made two new appointments immediately so that we could get on her schedule. She is very popular for a good reason! Would highly recommend.”
