DISTRUST, HORRIBLE SERVICE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...
These are some of the words that come to mind everytime I think about the quicklane at this location. Ok so first off with the facts:
1. Changed my brakes (rotors, calipers and pads) at this place 16,000 miles ago... Today my rotors are warped which I can't still get my head around... THE ROTORS ARE WARPED and the BRAKE PADS are doing ok? I AM 1000% SURE they DID SOMETHING WRONG HERE! Charged me 2K for changing both axles and now I have to change the 4 rotors after barely 16,000 miles!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! THEY BASICALLY SCAMMED ME!
2. A while ago they also did an oil change and didn't secure the engine cover properly... took a roadtrip and was dragging the cover for almost 150 miles to a point I had to buy a new one... called, and they just pretended that it was my fault when I had recently had done an oil change and they were the only ones to touch that cover during that day...
Finally CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSEEEEE HERE...
Hats off to Chris who knows how to deal with people, but Nick, OMG they chose the most ticked off, barging, annoying and terrible person to put in at a customer service job... always in a bad mood and always treating customers like they are asking for free work or something!
NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I REPEAT STAY AWAY!
I now get my work done at Midas down the road... I AM SO HAPPY and trust this place so much! You can easily do an appointment and they KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE!

visited Quick Lane at Midway Ford near the end of their shift to get a tire patch. The manager was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to take my tire and information, ensuring I could get my tire fixed first thing the next morning. Thanks to their great service, I was back on the road quickly. I really appreciate the effort they put in.

I brought my vehicle to these guys several times now, and this time was the last. I pay for a service to be done on my vehicle and I expect it to be done. After I asked them to replace my cabin air filter, they told me they did the job. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, etc. Their "works" package. After I left, things were instantly bad. I went right over to my friends and had him inspect the cabin air filter, and it was FILTHY!!! My OIL??? Who knows if they even changed it? It looked kind of BROWN!!! So, I changed that myself. This place is TERRIBLE!!! They just drive your car in the BACK, and then charge your card in the FRONT, and do nothing else.

The one issue I had with this auto repair shop...is you can't make appointments. It is first come first serve. Take a number please.

not only are my personal vehicles taken here on a regular, I have also changed all my work vehicles over to Midway Ford.don’t get me wrong I still have a mechanic at a local car shop that I love- but for my regular oil changes- Id rather the full service work up I get From Chris or Nick.

They've always made good recommendations and service to my vehicle they are not always the cheapest but they will make recommendations to help keep you on the road without breaking the bank if they can. And they're very knowledgeable about cars and willing to help with any easy to fix issues.

What’s the point in setting operational hours if the business chooses not to follow them? This is the second time this week I’ve driven 30 mins just for them to say they can’t do an oil change. Even if it’s hours before closing.

If you come here expect ridiculous waits and a grumpy service manager. All the years I’ve been coming here you would think he could be pleasant at least once - but alas no.
