My experience coming here to get work shoes was good. The only lady working in there named Jennifer was very helpful. She managed having multiple customers to help at once as best she could. She did a good job. I don't like when stores only have one person working because it is a safety hazard. She helped me find what I needed and order it.

Disappointing selection of footwear for women. We wanted to replace my wife's boots, and of course we get the news of oh, we don't have that in your size. But we can order it. So, I get to drive back there whenever they come in. Frustrating and time consuming. Sorry, Red Wing, this might very well be the last time you get my business. And on top of all that, customers expect you to open on time! How hard is it?

I went to Red Wing desperately looking for a pair of boots for a wedding ceremony, with only 10 minutes to spare. Jennifer immediately sprang into action, understanding my urgency and finding me the perfect pair of boots quickly and efficiently. She even took the time to measure my feet, which was a huge plus. The entire process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend Jennifer!

Jennifer is the epitome of what you would want not only in a retail employee, but also in a human in general. Jennifer was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and KIND. I purchase work boots here a few years ago for a landscaping gig during college. I was young so I never wrote a review but I pulled my old boots out and just remember how the clerk made me feel like an inconvenience. I thought I was going to get fit for some quality work boots but that did not happen. For $250 non USA made boot, you should shop around. Plus these boots only lasted one season digging holes Style 2243.

I needed to get new shoes for work and Jennifer was very helpful with getting me sized and the shoes I needed for my job. I went to checkout and paid and forgot about asking for a military discount and she was very eager to get me refunded and give me a discount. Will be going back and hope she’s there next time I go

I purchased a pair of boots that didn't fit right and came back the following day and Jennifer pulled up my foot scan from the day before and got me a better fit and also some foot bed inserts that seem to help as I'm on my feet working 60 plus hours per week. Thanks Jennifer you rock!
