I visited this hair salon to get my hair dyed black with red highlights to cover my grey hair. The salon refused to dye my hair black, claiming my hair was too thin, despite my clear request. When they eventually proceeded, the result was disappointing—not only were the red highlights not as I envisioned, but two spots intended for red were never dyed red at all, now I have a few accent hair stands lol. Fml. The lady who did my hair was nice. If I’m paying 160 I should get what I want. My husband got a free coffee tho! So he was happy. Hence the 2 star. But, I’m unsatisfied with the outcome and wouldn’t recommend.

I have been to this salon a couple of times and I’ve been so pleased with my haircuts each time! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the salon is bright and clean. Definitely my go-to salon in Roseville.

Got an updo by Kim for a wedding. She did an excellent job. She took her time doing my hair while explaining and making sure what she was doing was what I wanted. 10/10 will go here again for my up-do needs!! Thank you Kim!

I started going to Salon 27 this year and I am pleased with my experiences thus far. I have gone twice and both of my haircuts have been with Dina. Dina is super friendly and she is able to take my poorly stated hair request and manage to make my hair look exactly as I wish. Would recommend!

The ladies were nice and was able to give me a color estimate consultation upon walk-in. However, they each had different ideas, didn't have a good estimate, and no one seemed like they wanted to do my hair. I felt judged, but only if they knew who I am. Bummer.

If I could give them 0 stars out of 5 I would. I had Gabby and she did exactly what I didn't want. I showed her a picture, I know that everyone's hair is different but I would like something like it. It was completely different. I had blonde in my hair and she turned it darker way darker than it should be. She left one highlight ONE. That's not even a highlight , it's just a sloppy highlight. I did tell her I wanted my hair done like the picture WITHOUT HIGHLIGHTS. I'm never going back there. I don't know if she didn't like to talk tbh but I tried to come up with our conversation. The receptionist was neutral when I went in and asked her for a new appointment to fix what gabby had done and that they would do it for free. WHILE THERE WERE PEOPLE AROUND US. She later called me and told me that they could do it but I have to choose the same color. Why would I want that? It makes me so frustrated.
