This is the only Ulta I'll be going to from now on. The staff looks like my community (lots of gender presentations, ages, varying levels of glam), they're not pushy, they know things, and don't judge a middle-aged not-at-all glam lady coming in for good mascara and purple eyeliner. I just hope the person who helped me (super tall, high heels, GNC blonde with short hair and lotsa knowledge) is there every time I need a hand.

Patty in the Salon did a wonderful job listening to what I was looking for with my hair and suggesting ways to achieve it. I wanted a subtle change, and she did an amazing job! My cut and color look just how I wanted — plus she helped with my first time getting my brows shaped and laminated. I love how it all turned out! 😊

Got my hair cut by Isabelle- she was very kind, helpful, and I love the hair cut!
Side note: Make sure to get it booked with your hair type in consideration (i have abundant, thick hair so it takes a lot longer than average)- and please don't do what I noticed one lady did- book last minute right after me (mine was supposed to be last to accomodate necessary time) and then kept pushing my stylist to hurry up. Why was her time more important than mine? Staff anywhere is not responsible for a customer's inadequate time management. But I digress.
Hair cut was great and staff there was helpful with shopping experience. I'll be back. Thank you Roseville Ulta!

Had a great experience here with Annie. I dont wear or buy makeup hardly ever. And the whole idea is intimidating. Annie helped me find just what I was looking for and didnt pressure me for more and made me feel good in my own skin!

The Roseville location is always awful! The service terrible and no one helped me. There was 0 acknowledgment, no one wanted to help out and the staffs are completely rude.

I was there the other day shopping for someone else. I was completely lost in the store and there is so much product. My buyer really wanted specific items. Julian the Rockstar found the items and made great suggestions on replacing products. Win win win. Give Julian a call and he will help without disappointment. 🥰😍😘

I love their return policy. No questions asked. I only shop there for makeup and skin care products, cuz you just don't know how they're going to react to your skin. So their return policy is excellent

I had an amazing experience when I went into Ulta yesterday! Even though it was busy, I got extremely personalized help to find new make up products. I hadn't bought make up in four years and knew it was all expired. I was so overwhelmed by shopping online and didn't know where to start. Julian helped with color matching all the products I needed and helped me determine which products were best for my needs and skin tone. I will be going there again and again and recommending the amazing customer service to all my friends.

All I wanted to do was order a perfume gift set that was online only. Why did I do it in store you ask? I received a birthday gift that I wanted to exchange for it. The sales associate asked me for my address , I repeated it to her TWICE. Then the store credit wouldn’t run since it was an online purchase. Manager that was called over was so rude about it and acted like I was a huge inconvenience. Once I left, she stated that the receipt would emailed to me. Days later, my email shows that it was delivered. TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. This is why people only shop online.
