A clean and tidy store with friendly attentive staff. I typically have good luck finding my desired hair care products in store at this location, and for the things that don’t happen to be in stock the employees at check out can help place an order for your items to be delivered. Nice variety and selection for perfumes available with popular celebrity and designer scents to test or purchase as well.

Employees are a bit rude here. I understand the staff are trained to ask for phone numbers/emails when checking out but if I say no thank you, I expect to still be treated with a little bit of respect. For example, I kindly said no thank you and the cashier gave me couple of rude/condescending look and gave me an eye. She then proceeds if I knew anyone who would have points that I can use their phone number. Excuse me? Lol. Just let me pay for my product so I can get going. Furthermore on the floor, they are good at asking if you need any help bit when it comes to actually helping, they fall flat. I've asked a couple questions and they just gave really vague answer and you can tell they didn't really want to help. I will just go back to Sephora. ??♀️

Worst service ever. Rude employees. Pick up instructions say go to counter and show barcode. It does NOT say you need ID. Insisting I need ID for an order that cost 16cents is ridiculous! Insisting the instructions say ID needed when I'm showing you on my screen it doesn't say that is ignorant and shows your lack of education and reading skills. This location should be shut done. No one should support this company. The owners should be embarrassed by the absolute immature uneducated narcissistic degrading service it's employees give.

I had a return today and while the receipt says if your not a member your receipt is required, the system still requires you to give your number and information. The store manager was amazing he had to explain it's really not him trying to get my info its how the system due it. He was patient, down to earth, and great at what he does. Alena was patient too. Her nails and eye shadow was darling too. I think the company should do something about this so customers doesn't feel like employees are being shady trying to set up accounts. Excellent staff service. Great customer service on the phone and at the register. I had my ears pierced by Eileen who was very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

The staff is really helpful. However they didn't have the product I usually buy and had to substitute for something else. Stocking in that area was really low.

I've visited this store many times over the past few years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are usually well staffed keeping their wait times down.Recently, I was unable to order a perfume online to redeem an award through the Ulta app. Mackenzie was extremely helpful and able to redeem the award for me. She was very understanding and provided great service. Thank you so much!

Very positive experience here. I was looking for products in my price range and they helped me find everything I need. Took time to understand my needs and didn't try to oversell me out of my price range. I was helped by Da, who was extremely knowledgeable and kind. This is not my area of expertise so I appreciate the help!!
