Very easy to do multiple things at the store... returns, ship, copy, etc. Staff is always competent, friendly, and speedy!

Kendall was friendly and empathetic. Had a horrible situation with Quantum Fiber claiming I did not return equipment. Kendall was able to help me find my tracking number to confirm that I did return through UPS.

I normally have exceptional service when going to this location. Today was a different experience. I had a letter that needed to be mailed. I was asked if I wanted tracking. Not thinking too deep about the question I said no. I just wanted to mail out a letter like I have before and pay for the service of mailing a large envelope. After I said no I was asked if I wanted and book of stamps. I said no. I just want to mail this letter out. This whole conversation was extremely frustrating. The person behind the counter knew exactly what I was asking for but because I said no to tracking and I didn’t want a book of stamps he said they don’t just mail things out. I said I’ve literally walked in here said I wanted to send this out and they did it. Tracking or not I don’t care I just wanted to mail it out. Then I was told “the cheapest way…” I stop the conversation there grabbed my letter and walked out. This was so extremely frustrating when I could have been told oh, yeah we mail things out even if it just a simple letter it has tracking it’s just part of the service. I would have been like cool perfect do it up. But this person felt it necessary to make it more difficult. Lame I still be using this location because I’ve had such great experiences before but I will not be going when that person is working.

I'm in here multiple times a week for work. Always a quick and easy process. Andrew, Moon, and the rest of the staff are always friendly and get me in and out quick. Appreciate y'all.
