Rude service, kid at the counter didn't say hello, I did twice. I usually goto the location on Lexington near Larpenteur.. I'll go to that location in the future.. 2 stars because they weren't busy.. probably a good reason for that.

Edit to owner response: Randy I never said that one of your employees stole it but I do know after leaving it with your store it didn’t make it to the destination. Your very defensive tone and aggressive response says it all. I won’t be removing the review as it’s an accurate description of my experience with your store.I usually have good experiences here but don’t recommend dropping off iPhone trade ins here as one of mine is missing. I heard another customer ask about this issue and the employee said they were experiencing a lot of theft re phone trade ins.

The man that was waiting on me was SUPER helpful and courteous. This is a smaller store but all the employees were big on customer service !!!

I was in and out within a couple of minutes even though I visited on a Saturday afternoon. I don't know why there were a couple of negative reviews in the past about the young red-haired man, who is the one who took care of my errand. He is rather quiet, brief and to the point, but I found him very pleasant, clear, and helpful. The store is spacious, unlike the tiny cramped Quarry location in Minneapolis.

Just stopped by here to drop off an Amazon return. There was only one woman working and despite the line to the door she kept her cool with a good attitude and kept everyone moving. Nice work, I hope you get some backup soon!

The lady working was really nice and competent, but there was a line because she was the only one. It could be improved if there were 2 people working!

"How'd the move go, Ted?"--"Pretty good. Except the boxes we got at the UPS Store ended up costing more than the Manhattan penthouse we bought..."This place is OUT OF THEIR MINDS.I need a few small boxes. Cardboard boxes. The kind that many businesses will happily give you for FREE. The kind that the Post Office DOES give you for free.I needed 3 in a small size. I changed the order to six, as i might need some in the future.Six SMALL boxes. Cardboard. The brown kind. Plain Jane boxesThey wanted $44, and change. FORTY FOUR FREAKING DOLLARS. AND CHANGE.I thought there was some kind of mistake. But no. They SERIOUSLY want almost $50 (after tax) FOR 6 SMALL CARDBOARD BOXES.GO. FUNK. YOURSELF. UPS STORE.

They picked up and packed my item from a local auction. Nice people. Great packing and fair price. Shipping is usually a hassle and 'a gouge' through online auctions. This experience was great.

This is the worst ups store. Very unprofessional and the store workers make it smell like marijuana. not sure if there is training going on or what but nobody seems to know what is going on. And also no need to speak with the managers They are no help either. Sucks. And also if you bring in your own box the owner still tries to charge you to use theirs

I am absolutely appalled right now. after filing a complaint about this location closing early on a saturday that I was there, the owner, randy, tells me that the time on my watch was WRONG. I'm sorry WHAT? like I literally laughed out loud. He proceeds to tell me time stamps, "proving" that I was not there at the time I said. Well it just so happens that I run a successful business on instagram and this day I posted on my story and told my followers that their packages would not be going out that day because of this situation. I have a date and a time stamp that proves I was there when I said I was and that this customer service is absolute s**** I'm not a karen but I was straight up disrespected and told that I was lying by the "owner". If that doesn't show what kind of business this is then I don't know what does. To explain this picture, I was told that I supposedly arrived at the store at 5:10. If I arrived at 5:10, how did I get to ups and get turned away, and was able to post about it at 5:00 exactly? this might be the most ridiculous thing I've ever argued but I, the customer, was in fact right. And your service that day was unacceptable. Maybe next time, double check and make sure your employees aren't lying to you before you make assumptions.
