I typically get great service at US Bank branches, but it's always really slow and impolite here. Today I waited 15 minutes for one car to move forward in the drive through, then nobody acknowledged me or said anything for 10 minutes once I pulled up, then a lady came on and said 3 words and laughed at my simple question. After I sent over the cash I was depositing and my ID, it took another 10 minutes before someone came on and just said "thank you" and that was it. No deposit receipt, no "Okay you're all set, have a great day", no "Anything else you need today?". Just 35 minutes for a simple transaction, and a total of 5 words from the staff. Overall really poor customer service and very slow for such a simple function. I rarely go to the bank in person anymore and now I'm reminded why unfortunately.

Sat waiting for 5 minutes in the lobby for my appointment with the branch manager, and then went up to the teller to get help, but he replied that he was working the window (so he can't answer a customer's question? There was no one else to ask). He said he'd tell her I was waiting, and 10 minutes later she came over. I said had just been about to leave, and she made no response; no apology. This was the same woman I had seen sitting in her office for the past 15 minutes. Why had she kept me waiting? She wouldn't directly answer my questions and was having such a hard time with what I needed that I had to leave because I was late for my next appointment. Seemed completely oblivious to how much of my time she had wasted.

Seriously the most insane wait in line I've ever experienced. 25 minutes into waiting and ONE car has moved forward. This is ridiculous. Find a new bank. This one sucks.

The slowest bank that I have ever been to. The tellers move slower than ever. No sense of urgency whatsoever! I'll stick to Bank of America!

This ATM is almost never open/unlocked when I need to use it and there is no other close US Bank ATM near my house. I have been able to use this ATM once out of the many times I have tried. Come on!

Tried calling the the Roseville branch several times today. Got no answer; just rang over and over. I use them for personal and business. This is not the first time for this location. There are times the website is not good enough. Poor customer service. Everyone blames it on lack of labor. Spemd less on buildings, advertising and signage and put towards people.

I have been with your bank for four years. FOUR years. I submit my payment same day every month. I received an email, not a phone or mailed letter, but email stating that my payment was low and if I do not pay it, I'm being sent to collections. I respond telling them the above. And contact my bank. They tell me that they received my payment, but because it wasn't the full amount, there is a late fee assessed. Still very confused because it's an automated payment. They finally just called me to tell me that they send a text sometimes. Are we 5? Are you a real business? Who sends a text about this information? They tell me that my rates went up? So that happens and you're not even going to tell me about it. Avoid this bank. The lady I talked to had no idea what she was doing, anytime I asked her a question, I'm not really sure. I asked her where the HQ was and she goes "I don't know." Go back to training.

U.S. Bank does NOT maintain this ATM site. For two days now, it has been not in operation. It is also often over run with trash and garbage. This is NOT the way to support customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
