Drao and Corn are fabulous! I appreciate Drao explaining to me what things still needed service on my car. He explained those items with expertise. Drao forgot to print out the other services I needed, but REMEMBERED and HAND WROTE the other services that, though Valvoline did not provide, I still needed.

Went in and got upsold some more maintenance, no issue there. However the team on saturday didnt clean up the radiator fluid well so that was still dripping and leaking, plus didn't resecure the skid plate bolts causing a new, Terrible noise. Had to go back the next day and that team fixed the issues from the day before. Unfortunately it's tough to boince back from that and I will need to find a new location.

Never going to Valvoline again! I got an oil change at this location and one month later, my car was leaking oil. I had to take my car to a trusted mechanic a month later and was told that there was barely any oil left because who ever replaced the oil filter at Valvoline did not tighten the oil filter all the way. The mechanic said that the oil filter was so loose that he was able to take the filter out by barely turning it with two fingers. I went back to Valvoline and spoke with Manager Joseph about getting a refund on the oil change since Valvoline messed up and I had to get another oil change by my mechanic. Manager Joseph argued that Valvoline did the oil change correctly and that I got ripped off by my mechanic. I am deeply disappointed by your customer service. You have lost a loyal customer! To make it right, you could have at least given me a refund for your lousy job. My mechanic informed me that my engine could have blown up if I did not make it to them in the time that I did.

Great, affordable service. Friendly service people.Very quick and thorough service. In and out in less than 15 minutes. I'd have to wait at least an hour at the dealership.

I've always had such good service at every Valvoline I go to and this one is no exception. The guys working were all so personable and friendly. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing a quick oil change .

Need to have better signage and attitude. There was a food delivery guy who got out of his car to deliver food and left his car in line. Unsure if he moved his car out of the 2nd line or not, so I moved to the line he pulled out of (2nd line). I had been waiting for what was almost 15 minutes already when one of the workers (skinny white guy) of valvoline comes out and tells me the line starts "over there" (the line in which the delivery giy had pulled his car into and then left as well). Meaning they have one line for 3 doors. I had mentioned that I didn't know bc the food delivery guy messed up the line and instead of just understanding, he gave me an attitude. Why? Only reason I can think of is he had a bad day and thought it was okay to take it out on me, a woman. That's a very bad first impression before the service even starts. If you have cones to block an entrance then you guys should use cones and signs to better depict where the line is. I've been to this location before where they had two lines. If you have a bad day take it somewhere else, not on your customers. I would understand if I gave him an attitude but I didn't. So I left bc he left a bad impression. The POC workers at this location are great though, I never had a problem or attitude, until now. I've never had a problem with this location before. I guess I'm not coming back.

As one of the first customers of the day I wasn’t expecting a bad experience. When I pulled into the bay I was greeted by Chad. I asked him if brake fluid top off was a thing and he told me no and proceeded to diagnose my brakes. (That’s fine I’ll take the advice.) The price for my car’s oil change turned out to be more than I normally pay. I mentioned to Chad that I normally pay 50 bucks. He told me the price had never been that low since he worked there in all his 4 years. I reassured him that I’ve never paid 80 and we went back and forth. He was rude and made it seem as though I was lying to get a discount. He walked away and never came back. The young lady picked up my service and explained to me what type of oil my new car takes and the differences from my old vehicles. Apparently once I asked Chad about the price of the oil change he didn’t bother adding my tire rotation on to the services I requested.

Customer service is great at this location. They're always fast and keep me up to date with matinance other then just oil changes! You guys are awesome.
