Never going to this location again. They don’t answer the phone, and after spending 15 minutes trying to speak to a real person, she hung up on me in less than 20 seconds. They don’t open on time so they missed my order delivery two days in a row. The employees just complain about their jobs instead of helping the whole time you’re there. I’m extremely unimpressed. I’ve never written a bad review before, but this was ridiculous and super frustrating.

Great location and selection. Staff were very kind and patient, allowing me to browse as long as I needed to, and were very prompt and resourceful in answering all of my questions. It was easy for me to schedule an appointment that matched my schedule and I feel confident in the quality of the services provided. I will definitely be returning here next time I need new frames or help adjusting my glasses.
