Absolutely excellent service. I was on my way to photo for my online order and the nice gentleman at the regular checkout said he could help me. He was very friendly and professional, and I was out of there in less than a minute! I'll definitely go back and shop there again based on the excellent customer service I received.

I chose this pharmacy over my two neighborhood Walgreens because they are polite, responsive, and fill prescriptions promptly when needed. The others often run out of medications and usually have long waits. The Roseville location is efficient, even when lines are long. I send many people to the Roseville Walgreens and tell them it's worth the drive!

Always a good experience here picking up medications. I come here every month and have always had positive interactions with staff. They answer the phone always. Drive through never has more than a few cars in my experience. Donât forget about the 30 min meal break mid day!
I recommend getting set up on the website to order and check on refills. Itâs super easy to do.

I had a disgusting interaction with the manager on duty the evening of 06/06. She escalated a pricing situation by being combative and unacceptably rude. No person should experience this level of rudeness from a manager on duty anywhere. I escalated the concern to Walgreens and requested resolution, I hope that treating people that shop in this store is not part of their culture, but based on my experience it seems to be.

Pharmacist was very rude to me for no reason. I kindly asked about refilling a prescription that I have been on from this pharmacy for years. When they were unable to refill, she gave me no direction about what to do and practically hung up in my face.

I fully understand that people are under staffed and overworked. But it doesnât give a free pass to treat people like they do. I was quite literally passing a kidney stone in their lobby, waiting an hour for meds. I was patient. I got the text my meds were ready. Waited in line. Walked up to the counter at my turn. And the gentleman un-kindly told me not to approach the counter until Iâm called. No one was there. No one before me was called. I was clearly in pain and being spoken to in a scolding and embarrassing matter was highly uncalled for.

The Pharmacist Steven is unstable. He got upset because I asked where my 3rd prescription was as there were only 2 bags. I didn't realize he put 2 prescriptions in one bag. He then proceeded to yell at me that if I did not stay to talk to him that he would ban me from the store. I have never had to stay and talk with anyone at this pharmacy before. I said to him, go ahead and talk then. He sat there and just stared at me. I was extremely uncomfortable, this man was giving me the creeps. He then asked me if I had any questions, I said No. The rest of the pharmacy staff have always been very polite and helpful. I will be doing my business elsewhere tho.

I would avoid talking to the pharmacist at all costs. He is patronizing, unkind, and does not listen. Additionally, if he makes a mistake, he will chalk it up to âmixed communicationâ instead of holding himself accountable and owning how he makes assumptions and does not listen. But he âhas doctors in his familyâ so he âknows how these processes workâ in case that matters to you at all. Thankfully the techs were incredible, compassionate, and responsive.

Pharmacy technicians and pharmacists at Walgreens Drugstore on Lincoln Drive, Roseville, Minnesota are doing an excellent job to meet customerâs needs. They know what they are doing and they know how to do it. They always manage to show kindness and empathy when interacting with customers. The last time I went there, I could not stop from thanking them for doing such a good job.
