The absolute worst. Every month it is something. More than once I've had to pay out of pocket for meds I can't be without. If they don't correct the mistake they said they corrected last week it'll cost me $134 this month. Sure the staff is pleasant while not doing what they said they did but c'mon. Sick people go here and this place is extremely profitable. DO SOMETHING!!!!

TERRIBLE for picking up prescriptions, especially if you are queer. Had a 2 month battle with them on picking up hormone therapy medication, which is essential, but they kept reversing the prior authorization approval submission, refilling it with no insurance attached, and lying to me about it.

If your insurance allows you to go ANYWHERE else, go there. Vanessa, the so-called pharmacy manager is the most unprofessional medical person I have ever dealt with. She consistently provides inaccurate information and if you question her, she stomps her foot and yells, "I am the pharmacy manager," as though Walmart has crowned her empress. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful, but Vanessa is regularly rude and dismissive to customers. I have observed her yell at several people over the last year and insist it is "the system" that is wrong, not her. She is clearly not up to the tasks of her position and should be replaced.

Can’t get through on the phone.The location of the pick up parking spots cause the whole lot to clog. People park in those spots who are going in the store.This whole store inside and out is the worst Walmart experience ever

Really good experience here with pharmacy team and getting a low stock med with prior authorization troubles. They advocated for me and made the process super easy and quick. Grateful for their work in stepping up and helping me feel better!!

I have had nothing but the most excellent service and experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacists and staff are always helpful and patient. They gave extraordinary service during Covid!

Expect to wait on hold for at least 10 minutes every time you call. I had to call threw separate times just to add a card that should've already been on file. Incompetent staff honestly, inconsiderate and rude.

Went to get my second covid shot here because my Walmart was out of the vaccine. Terrible experience! Every single pharmacy worker was rude. The person who gave me my shot was even ruder, he didn’t even look around and give any attention to where he was giving the shot, its almost get as if he guessed because of how fast and uninterested he was to give this shot. I honestly don’t know if I was given the shot in the right place. The only words said was to ask what arm I wanted it in and he just gave the shot and said bye and left. There was no talk about staying to make sure I reacted well and no talk about the second shot symptoms at all.

We visited the Roseville, MN supercenter on 4/6/2021 for an appointment at the pharmacy center. It was for the second dose of the Moderna vaccine. After the poor mannerisms of the pharmacy manager, Mark, we did some research and discovered he practiced medical negligence and possibly malpractice. When he administered the vaccine, he did NOT have my partner sit down. Mark just pulled him aside and stuck it into his arm without asking him to sit or which arm he preferred. In accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health, in their Interim COVID-19 Vaccine Provider Guide, they state that patients should be seated during vaccine adminitration. Mark never took record of my partners temp either.

I have been using this pharmacy a long time now (8) years. They are usually pretty polite and helpful. I think my only complaint is that they run out of medications a lot and they don't tell you about it until you contact them. Then it's not ready when they say it will be. Otherwise no other complaints.
