Went in to close my family members account upon death. Got the runaround. These are very bad people you do not need in your life at any time. They seem to enjoy f-ing around and looking for ways to make trouble and complicate things. Toxic location.

It is convenient, for the most part. For some reason they don't like to cash checks here and always want them deposited, but they won't tell you why. It's super bizarre. Besides that, the drive thru usually takes about 12 minutes on average to speak to the bank teller. Another 15 minutes until you're able to leave. There's nothing "special" about this location to rave about. It is just your average, typical Wells Fargo.

I would like to know who is in charge of answering the phone when a customer (me) calls! I tried several times and never got an answer. My husband tried several times, also with no answer. It seems like you want to pass off all your business to online transactions. Well, not everything can be done online! In the last 3 years the customer service at this branch has disappeared.I also noticed when reading through the reviews that they were answered by several different people. How does that help when they’re not going to the same person? Also stock answers - not helpful, especially when the complaints are the same over and over.

Extremely unprofessional, very rude, I will be going out of my way not to come to this branch.

Don't bother calling, they won't answer the phone. Was considering opening an account with Wells Fargo, not anymore.

Wells Fargo No Fairview Ave Roseville, MN One star is too many. Currently....drive up closed. My wife is in a wheelchair and going into the lobby is quite difficult. OK, so I call to find out when they plan on opening the drive up. Automated bs and then... 'no one is available to answer your call right now'. Last month we stopped to use the cash machine which of course had no cash. This whole outfit is about as UNcustomer friendly as it gets. I guess when they pay .00001% to keep your money, they just aren't making enough to have employees, answer a phone or have cash on hand. Time to move these accounts to a real bank.

Very disappointing service. I needed to visit with a banker about a transfer from my bank (Sunrise) to an account at Wells Fargo. It was not clear where to check in. A QR code vs a person but that sign was difficult to find. Once checked in I was number 1 in line to meet with a banker. I then watched 2 people get pulled in before me with no one acknowledging my existence or explaining why I was to wait. It has been 59 minutes since I checked in with no contact. I am leaving to go see if I can work this issue from my banks side…where I will be greeted by a person and acknowledged. Too bad; things have become a lot worse at Wells Fargo. I’ve heard this; now I see.

Should have read the reviews! Terrible staff, rude, slow, pretend to work when they clearly aren’t. Finally the motivation for me to move banks.

I have been waiting to see a personal banker for over an hour . There's one banker working. The manager has been locked in a room smiling ear to ear for over an hour. Do not come here for any reason other then to see a teller.

Worst service ever. The banker makes us waited 15 min pass our appointment time just to get herself coffee. I couldn't even open an account for my kids because I didn't have their ssn with me. No one calls me ahead of time and tells me what I need to bring. I made another appointment at a different location, and they called me a couple of minutes after I scheduled the appointment and asked me what kind of accounts I'm opening and what I needed to bring to the appointment. This Roseville location is so unprofessional.

Rude- and customer service is lacking. Super uninterested in any of your wants or needs in banking, tried getting quarters for laundry- a very simple task- and they treated me like I ruined their afternoon. Waste of time- go anywhere else and save yourself time and effort.

Over 2 hour wait for a notary. Avoid this branch! Way understaffed for both tellers and bankers.

I've had to use the tellers inside several times in the past two weeks. I would like to share my experience this morning.I was pleased because it was Tuesday 9:15am and I was third in line. One man today had to wait in the long teller line, was then told Michael would 'put him on some list' and was told to wait again to the side of the 8-10 person teller line. After another 5-10 mins of waiting, he gave up and walked out without being helped. It was not Michael's fault, he was in the middle of a long and tortuous transaction with a woman who had several odd check cashing things and then needed a money order, and apparently had to call someone and have a loud conversation while being helped by Michael. The tortuous transaction lady hung up her phone call and proceeded to tell everyone that after August 1st, a person moving to Minnesota doesn't need to retake the driver's license exam but can just use said money order to get a new license.Sheena was the other teller working, she was professional and friendly, but was put in a bad spot because at one point she needed a manager's approval, and there was no manager anywhere. She looked and physically walked around to find one as we all stood and stared and wondered where her manager was. Finally, some other manager came out of a back room to sign off on whatever the customer in front of me was doing. But before Sheena could help anyone else, she had to come out to a seating area where she had to put an older lady, 'on the list'.In my 45 minutes of standing in line I had the opportunity to observe several such vignettes. Could any of the several important bank people I passed when I walked in, standing and visiting in their various cubicles pitch in and help? Or could 'the manager' help or at least be available when needed? And what is this mysterious list?.Going to the bank feels about like having to go to the DMV.

Today I went to the bank to sort things out in my account. The person who attended me, Dana, was being very rude to me when I was trying to ask some questions. But she then told me I was being rude, said she didn't want to listen to me and almost me to leave. She was being super unprofessional and does not listen to her clients. -Jose
