The Rush City store is the most lame store!! They aren't open on time and they have one of THE MOST RUDE employees on the planet! Actually, numerous people in town know EXACTLY WHO the most RUDE employee is.

Come in the OPEN doors in the store and get asked if I know what time it is . I checked for her and it was 7:36 . I get told we are not open until 8. ?????? They should have a sign saying CLOSED outside that people can see instead of making the customer leave the store feeling uncomfortable.
Who runs this place?? Why do we as a community actually allow
stores like this in our area??? I miss our good old fashioned grocery store where you had Neighbors, Friends, fresh foods, and common courtesy running the show and less made in china garbage for 5 bucks and processed foods.

Lady with the glasses who is working there makes everyone I know uncomfortable inside that store. No people skills, throws my items into bag like my items did something personal to her. Seems like a hard worker, but very rude. Store is great for something quick and convenient, but someone in a supervisor role please get grumpy out of there or help with communication skills.

Such a rude worker, I don’t usually ever leave a bad review but every time I go here which is once a week, the worker with the black fan thing is the rudest cashier I’ve ever met, I paid cash and she seemed super upset and slammed the card reader towards her and hit it back into place super aggressive, would never go here but only place in rush city that sells anything.

Terrible service. The woman behind the counter with glasses treats you like you should apologize for having the audacity to shop there. I wasn't even trying to have her ring me up, I was waiting for the self checkout so I could avoid her because she's rude every time I come here. I try to avoid going in there as much as possible. What I shouldn't have to shop in a different town when this place is right by my house.

stopped in to grab a pack of gum and the cashier was extremely rude. there was an elderly lady in front of me who she practically pushed out of the store. i only stop here if absolutely need be because all of the staff are just rude.

Store is always pretty clean but every time I go there and am ready to check out the one lady who is always working sighs like it isn’t her job that she is there to do, is ring me up or help me. Extremely rude and disappointing but she could have disabilities so I don’t confront her. I understand she’s busy but that’s not how you treat people like they are a inconvenience.

I Love Dollar General. I always find such Great Buys and the Cashier at the DG in Rush City Mn was nice and cheerful. I will be returning to find more good deals.
