We enjoyed trying so many new to us vegetables (purple potatoes, Japanese eggplant, orange and yellow watermelon, rainbow radishes, golden beets just off the top of my head) as well as things we already know how to cook (cabbage, tomatoes, squashes, lettuces, kale, etc.). We always felt like we got more than our money's worth, the vegetables covered most of our weekly dinners and lasted much longer than what you buy at the store.
