Our door opener was starting to act up and clearly needed replacing. I called Augusta Garage Door and they were able to come out same day to replace it. Jacob was super communicative about when he would be stopping by, did great work on replacing it. He was friendly and everything was cleaned up before he left. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness, these young technicians were absolutely fantastic, super friendly and answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions on what I need to do to prevent my door from freezing to the concrete(again). He-he. I would absolutely recommend this company. Thanks guys

Update (2-10-25): Great people! Last night I tried to program the outdoor key pad and I really messed things up. The garage door would not shut with the remotes or the wall unit button. I got out the manual and followed the directions for reprogramming everything, but it still did not work. I reluctantly called Augusta Garage Door and Brenna answered (if you’re reading this, Brenna, I apologize for saying “Brianna”!). She gave a few suggestions and then put Dustin on the phone. I explained what was going on and he realized right away that I had pressed the “rectangular button” at some point. If you don’t know what you’re doing (like me), pressing that button can mess things up. Dustin walked me through exactly what to do and everything is working as it should. Thank you again, Dustin and Brenna!
Original Review: Brenna--who answered the phone--was very nice and super-helpful. The installation of our new garage door opener went smoothly, and I am very happy with the product and the service we received, as well as the price. I definitely recommend Augusta Garage Door.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I had a cable break causing my garage door to not shut straight. With the freezing temps I was worried I wouldn't be able to get any one here to repair it in a timely manner. I called right at 4 pm when it happened. Dustin was here the same day at 7pm and fixed the problem. I highly recommend. I can't thank him enough. I won't go any where else for my garage door needs. They have a customer for life.

Had an issue with my garage door, Dustin came out as soon as the part was here and replaced the motor. He went above and beyond by also making sure the door was greased properly and he also rewired some bad work!!! He is awesome and the best to work with!!!!

This company is the best! I had a garage door emergency and was worried I would have to be without a garage door while we waited for the correct replacement. They came out within half hour and got the (very) damaged door working in the meantime, with the opener, allowing us to order the door we needed. Dustin was very helpful and had it taken care of in a pretty short time. He also had some correspondence with one of his employees while he was here which proved he really respects and appreciates them. I’ll always do business with them from here on out because of this.

I had 4 garage doors with openers installed by Will and Jacob. They did a wonderful job throughout and made sure to check on placements of things like the openers. They gave great tips on maintaining them for the future and cleaned up the jobsite well. The whole buying to installation process was smooth from the quotes, scheduling to full install. I would 100% use them again for any future installs.

I received a prompt return call, before "normal " business hours, they took into account my needs and had my garage door repaired quickly. Dustin didn't just repair it he showed me some simple maintenance of the wheels and track that will keep it up and working properly! I am impressed and very thankful for the prompt and professional service!

Had a problem with my garage door that I could not solve. Called Augusta Garage Door and by the next morning I had two service techs out to my house, and, right on time! They went right to work, quickly figured out the problem, and, communicated it clearly to me! Both guys were very pleasant, polite and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Job was done quickly and for a fair price. I would certainly use AGD again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

I needed a new garage door and 2 guys, Brandon and Will, came and replaced my door in a very short time. Then Brandon checked with my neighbor because 2 panels were off of their garage and they were glad because they needed a new door and got the best deal from Augusta Garage Door. I will definitely call them again for my garage door needs.
