“Our van broke down on our way home from a cross-country road trip just outside St. Charles, luckily, we made it to Dunlay. We rolled in a 1/2 hour before they closed but the guys immediately diagnosed the problem and started looking for parts. As soon as they had the part, they had us back on the road headed for home.”
“My daughter blew out a tire today and didn't have enough money & i I live far from her. She had no one to help her so I called places near her to see if they had a used tire for her car. I called Tim's Salvage and a nice man had a tire plus referred me to Brock at Bill's Towing.
Between the 2 places she got back on the road within 2 hours from when she was stranded. I'm very grateful for their fast and friendly people when we really needed help.. Thank you!!!

“Had my 2021 Subaru Forester there to have the drivers window replaced as it was smashed out last week. Only took an hour! Additionally, last Friday when I found it, I took it there & they cleaned up the glass & put plastic over the window. Elizabeth, Lisa & Leroy were AWESOME!!”
