Was told the earliest was Monday and there would be a trip charge (expectedly). Brandon showed up same day (Friday) as he had a clear afternoon schedule and listened to my additional concerns (exposed cable in additional areas). He addressed everything, fixed the cable and waived the burial fee due to the exposures.”
