I bought a used machine from Gerard's in Winona and had no end of problems, after numerous repairs at Gerard's--including a dangerous lack of brakes which send me to the docotr--and after months of not being able to use the mower for more than an hour at a time, I called David. Even though he was backed up for two weeks, he patiently assisted me in troubleshooting my newest problem with the mower. While the same conversation with Gerard was met with a puzzled response, David led me exactly to the problem--over the phone--which I was able to address myself. I also learned that the very simple fix he suggested addressed many of the other problems Gerard had been struggling to fix all along. What's obvious is that David is a professional who is knowledgeable, experienced, and loves his work enough to teach others! He is a professional who will be getting my business from here on out, even if I have to drive a few more miles to get to him.”
