“I rented a 10x10 for almost a year. The Storage Lounge was a good choice: good location, climate controlled, indoor loading and unloading, many options to assist in moving your items, clean and secure. And my items stayed clean. Katie was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. I would rent with Storage Lounge again.”

“Bruender was an excellent choice for my septic replacement. I was very limited in the locations available for the mound and Steve did a great job to design a layout where the mound would be nestled away and not take up the only space in our backyard. Bruender was also willing to reuse anything that didn’t need replacing (pipe coming from house was already PVC, wiring was good, tank passed inspection and could be reused, existing black dirt could be repurposed, etc) instead of doing a full rip-and-replace. This saved them time and ultimately our money. Never once did I feel rushed or unheard. The process from initial site assessment to final grading took over a year, but Bruender was always responsive and kept accurate track of what we had talked about, what was still planned and rough expectation for timeline. After a winter had passed with the new system, some surface drainage issues arose from settling and Josh came out and re-graded with a laser to give everything a final touch. It could have been very easy for them to ghost me or charge for a separate visit, but they stood behind their work and followed through. I don’t often write reviews but Bruender’s execution on this project deserves to be known and I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again for any septic or dirt work.”

The unit was clean and is in just a super convenient location. If I move again I will be using this storage unit again. Great job!!”
“Ryan was absolutely fantastic in getting everything set up on the phone (didn't even have to go in for any paperwork). We decided to switch here to store our camper because it has 24/7 access. It's simple to get inside using a code and gate system. Lots of space to drive around too which is nice.”

“This place seems to be the best priced place in and around Mankato. I have noticed multiple units are empty, but the availability options on their website says there's a "waiting list" or there's only 1 unit listed "available to rent" online. I wonder if they need to update their website?”
