“I went to visit Donald about a car that I found they had posted online. Donald hit almost every snag he could. And he stuck with it. I got there less than an hour before they closed, and Donald was more than willing to stick around to help me process everything to purchase my vehicle. They closed at 6, and Donald made sure that I had everything in order to leave with my new to me vehicle. He stayed until nearly 8 PM to ensure I didn’t have to come back the next day for financing approval. As a woman, I know anything car related will often result in me being treated like I don’t know anything about cars. Donald was very respectful and didn’t naysay my questions, and he was super helpful. He even asked if I wanted a few photos with my new ride! He was super helpful, and I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them. Other than that, it’s really not much different than your standard used car lot. Everyone seemed very friendly, and most of the vehicles I saw were in pretty good shape and reasonable in price. I really enjoyed Donald’s helpfulness and willingness to push through my approval, despite me missing a couple of documents that he just asked me to send later. I got to drive home in my Barbiemobile and I couldn’t be happier!”
