Over the years. Service keeps getting worse and worse. And the drivers will shove packages that clearly dont fit in mailbox, but just just wedge them in there. Where I need to ask someone for help to get the dang thing out!! And. Why are they closed for an hour during lunch time? Its a small town. People do running on the lunch hour. They all need to take a lunch at the same time? Seems ridiculous to me. And lazy.

Not helpful. Hours posted on the door are incorrect. Poor customer service. Ughh, these kinds of post offices are what gives the post office a bad name. I like my post office in Stacy.

I stop in here often because I have to drop off packages for my small business and every time I stop I am waiting at least 5-10 minutes because the clerk is always coming from the bathroom. Once I get his attention he has such a rude attitude and will scoff and roll his eyes at me. The manager should seriously tell him to fix his attitude or at the bare minimum disciplining him.

Never going back to this post office, they can't even figure out how to update my mailing address. Tried 3 times at this location and after almost 2 months, STILL can't get it figured out, and I had to go to a different office that is able to get it right. Go to any other Post office for better results.

I sent a package to North Carolina as priority(3 day) pay for charge as priority. 10 day later my package is not arrived. Went to this postal office ask why it's been 10 day my package still not arrived. The postal guy told me, they don't guarantee even if I pay priority. He check the tracking number and still sit in the NC postal facility. I ask him to call the other postal why they not sent my package out but he refused. He told me everything is out of they hand. If I want my package to deliver soon, I should call myself. Very bad service and they charge you but package never deliver on time.

They aren't perfect, but the staff always seems nice when I go in. I have to hand it to the delivery person for weathering this year's toxic winter. Though they won't risk an icy walkway, I appreciate they deliver my packages to my garage door. It can't be easy.

One of the ladies that services the front desk is miserable. The last 3 times I have gone in I asked myself why I didn't just do it while I was in Minneapolis. Somehow it has costed more here than in Minneapolis, and she always finds something wierd wrong.

I'm in here often enough mailing things, and I appreciate the friendly, small-town service. They're not open for lunch, which is unusual for a post-office, so check the hours before heading in.
