“My car lost power on my drive home, I needed a engine coil. So I walked into this O’Reilly auto parts and the lady at the front counter (Racheal) wasn’t able to find the part in the store, so she calls another O’Reilly an hour drive away and they have the part I need. So Racheal drives halfway there meets up with the guy from the other store and drives all the way back to drop off the part I need to get home. I am very impressed and grateful for this costumer service. I will exclusively be going to O’Reilly auto parts because of this young ladies kindness, we need more people like Racheal in this world!”

I called NAPA, they had the battery, I asked them for a recommendation for a tow service to jump start the bike so I could get to NAPA. great recommendation!! He was glad to look our 2019 Toyota Camry and estimate any damages due to the crash. They team was quick and we had good stimulating conversation about the guy liking our ride.
