I called Quality Collision because the left a good impression for good friendly service about 5 years ago when I had someone rear end my volvo xc90 at the round abouts in town. He was glad to look our 2019 Toyota Camry and estimate any damages due to the crash. They team was quick and we had good stimulating conversation about the guy liking our ride. I will definitely ? take our camry here for the repairs. I highly recommend”

“I should have done this a couple of years ago. We bought a new left over John Deere 2320 with loader. We live on an acreage in the country near Lake Crystal,MN. The salesman that we dealt with was very knowledgeable and polite. He actually delivered it for us. The deal that they were offering was too good to pass up. We had been looking at the Mahindra tractors and my brother convinced me to take a look at the JD. I am so glad we did. We have had this for several years now and I truly don't know what I would do without it. It is so versatile! For a small tractor it is amazing what it will push and pull. “Great shop, I had an issue with an ac recharge my can and ran over to his shop to get some help. He helped me dispose of the can and did a quick checkover on my car for me. Would defiantly stop here again if I ever find myself in the town needing help!”
“Great staff, they had the part I needed for my 2016 Chevy Silverado. They offered shipping, but it was a nice drive for the Wifey and I, so we drove from Park Hills to St James. The best part was I needed 1 running board. Most other salvage yards require you to buy both off of the vehicle. But they sold me the passenger side by itself.Great bunch of folks to work with.”
“We blew out a tire on our RV 12 miles out of St. James. We slowly made it to Don's Tire. They instantly stopped what they were working on to help us out...at 4pm... on a Friday...of a holiday weekend!
They were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and had appropriate tools to deal with a Class C RV. They were absolutely great! We were back on the road in about 50 minutes.

“Jay Jansen, the service manager, is a delight to work with. He pre-ordered everything needed for the PM service interval oil & filter change and assigned James, Josh and Mason to my truck immediately upon arrival. In addition to the complete PM , they accomplished on OPS oil filter system installation as well as full DOT inspection on my truck and trailer . All done in a timely manner at a cost savings to me.
I’ll definitely be returning to Olsen’s for future service and highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality work done in a timely fashion.

Thankfully she was close and they came to the rescue right away. They got it fixed up quickly and at a fair price.
