The clerk who helped me was very knowledgeable and personable. She has helped with my selections more than once, and I found her information helpful. Downside: sometimes what I'm looking for is out of stock, but there is usually a satisfactory alternative.

Friendly staff and convenient hours. Seem to cater to the fun crowd rather than the sophisticated. Would be nice to see a better collection of single malt scotch.
