The best place I have ever lived! The staff is amazing, and the apartments are clean and undergoing updates with new appliances and the building getting a welcoming update with new siding and fresh paint throughout the building. Thabk you Boulder Ridge!

I love living here. Mariah is great. Shes the best property manager this place has EVER had since ive been here. She deserves a good raise. Please take that in consideration. Thank you.

Lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. Management was very good and quick to respond with issues. It's a great spot in St. Joe that is convenient to most things but not too close.
