Very frustrating to deal with the lack of customer service. Ordered a shirt for my daughter through an email from her AAU program. It was through BSN Sports. Waited four weeks and received an email stating the shirt was shipped but the tracking button didn't work (dead link). I forgot about it and a few weeks passed before I realized we never received the shirt. Called BSN customer service and after being on hold for quite a while I was told that the printer never created the shirt and that BSN would reach out to find out what the status is and send me an email update. Over two weeks later and I still never heard a word from BSN. I just called a couple times after being on hold, then disconnected, and finally got a person on the phone the third attempt. They immediately offered me a refund. I understand supply chain issues, but the lack of effort/communication from BSN is disappointing.
