The drive-thru teller would not cash my check even though I have their debit card. I went inside the bank and closed my account. Worst customer service. 3 tellers and they could not get it figured out. Account is now closed due to horrible customer service. I agree with the previous comments....worst of the worst!

More staff and lobby option needed on Saturdays. Drive thru only, 20 cars deep, and 37 minutes waiting in line is not how I want to bank!

This has been my credit union since I was a kid. They helped me establish credit and eventually buy a home and I've never had an issue with them.

Terrible. I have never banked somewhere that won’t undo an overdraft fee if I put money into my account immediately. They take advantage of poor people. Going back to Wells Fargo because they have actual customer service.

So this bank in my opinion is the worst of the worst. My husband has an accout there we have tried to put my name on the account they are uncooprative and this has put tension on our marriage that is not nessisary we will be going to another bank, and he will be closing his acct now because they are rediculas to work with. I suggest any place is better than this sorry excuse for a bank.

Thanks for all the help with my mortgage and the great rate! I would highly recommend working with the CMCU team to get your next mortgage! Make sure to ask for Tonia or Tyler as they were both dependable and friendly to work with!

I have banked here for about 5 years. And I took a small personal loan for something to help my credit, and when I brought the check in to cash it, they refused to cash a check from another bank that was addressed to me. They could ‘deposit it with a ten DAY hold.' If this was a sketchy personal I would understand. This was check from a local bank. Pathetic. Will be closing the account after my next direct deposit.

It would be challenging to be worst!!! The website is terrible, and when I call them to increase my daily limit of transfer (after all the security checks) the manager told me in the face that he would not do it because I was not using the account much!!! MY BANK ACCOUNT THAT I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO WHAT I WANT WITH IT!! More, the IRS sent them a check to deposit in my account, and what they did? Send the check back!! WORST OF THE WORST AND THE MANAGER OF ST. JOSEPH IS A TOTAL INCOMPETENT. Unfortunately, he wasn't my University student; otherwise, I would have taught him what customer service is!! A bank that will die very soon!

I have been banking with this Credit Union for many many years. I am now 70. Every single time I have called for help or had a question, the person on the other end of the line has been as helpful as possible and has always answered or solved my problem with patience. I have never missed a cc payment on my VISA, but one month after being quite ill, I received a call from CMCU. The representative had called to let me know that my payment was soon to be past due. She was able, with my authorization, to deduct the payment from my account, and my excellent credit rating was saved. This is an example of the wonderful employees at this credit union. I would never go elsewhere.

By far the worst mortgage company to work with. I went against everybody who said not to work with CMCU because of all the trouble and delays they're known. But I wanted to keep it local, and sure enough everybody was RIGHT. Was told multiple times everything was "good to go", then sat idol for about 2 weeks, and 4 days before closing, I get the call that says, we cant close, the numbers don't work out, and that call was on a friday at 4:15, so there was no way to work on it cause it was time to clock out and go home for them. Nobody work with them, trust me.
