“I walked in with my father and they offered us a snack which was very wholesome and I felt welcomed immediately. Ultimately we were just there to check the place out as we'd never been to any of the local meat shops. They were very helpful and it seems like sort of a communal space for some of the older men to get together and hang out. I plan to return for some meals”

“St Joes Meat Market was a place I used to visit as a kid, so stopping back in as an adult was a really nostalgic experience. Walking through the doors brought back a lot of memories, and it was nice to see that the market still holds onto that old-school charm. The beef jerky was absolutely top notch — easily the highlight of my visit. It was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The brats were also very good and lived up to my expectations. While the hot dogs were just okay and didn’t stand out as much compared to the other items, they were still decent. What really made the experience enjoyable was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, which goes a long way. Overall, this is a solid spot with quality products and great service. I’d give St Joes Meat Market a 4 out of 5 stars and will be back again.”
