I just moved to St Joseph and went through the drive thru and asked for quarters. The teller asked me if I was a member and I said No and she told me she could not help me. I told her I would not be opening an account at her bank since she could not do this one time. I feel like she could have helped me out just once with someone moving into her town. Good Luck Bank!!

For the most part, they have been great. I am running into issues with the PMI removal now. It seems that in order to remove it, they ask you to pay a larger fee for an in home appraisal. They pick the appraisal company and control who does it. It all feels a little biased. Working through this with them has also been impersonal and it feels like they truly don't care. To them, receiving the PMI seems to be something they want and don't truly want to help you have it removed. Simply looking at online appraisals, making improvements to my home, and talking with 2 other appraisal companies, there should be no reason my homes LTV justifies continuing to pay a PMI of $420/Month. My LTV is at least 85% (Worst case scenario) or much better...they have collected $17k in PMI payments and I have equity in the $75k range. With COVID limiting my wife's hours, you would think this would be a "no brainer" to help a loyal customer who is extremely close to 80% LTV get rid of a large payment per month while struggling to work full time. I should mention my wife is a nurse working limited hours on the front lines of the COVID Pandemic. Again, they did a nice job with the approval but the service after has been subpar. Being that my mortgage stayed in house, there is no reason they cannot make a judgement call and help out one of their customers. Never Missed a Payment! No reason NOT to help us out right now.

Very disgusted with the way I was just treated on the phone! There wasn't even a "how are you today?" Starting out a conversation by telling me my facts are wrong, in a condescending manner, is not a professional way to do business! Thank the Lord I don't EVER have to visit this location!
