“Very friendly, however, disappointing to see two staff members standing around and eating their food in front of customers in the main lobby instead of in the back break room. Staff member who helped me came to the counter with a mouthful of food and proceeded to talk to me with food in their mouth. Very unprofessional. Two other staff members seemed to be working on tasks.”
