Took my truck in because it was making a clicking and jerking noise when in 4wd. They insisted it was my wheel bearings. I asked why it only does it when locked in and they shrugged. When I arrived I had Jim jump in the truck to take a lap around the parking lot because I was confident the problem wasn’t going to be fixed. After Jim heard and felt the noise he said the tech must not have put the truck in 4x4. He then said I will make sure he does that if I would be willing to bring it back. I agreed and the call me right away that next morning and say it sounds like the noise is coming from the front drive shaft. They replaced it and the truck works great now. Very disappointed that I got stuck with a $1200 service that absolutely did not need to be done as the bearings only had 21000 miles on them.

I have been coming here essentially my whole life. From my 1st car ever as a young driver to 3 vehicles later, and now living in St. Joseph where it is ultra-convenient to be so close to a shop that you trust, is fast, and always gives superb service.
I most recently got new tires on a Jeep and I could sit in WiFi comfortably and work on my laptop while waiting for work to be completed. Wonderful business!

Jim and the team were great to work with! I had a brake Caliper stick coming through St. Joe and locked up/needed immediate attention. They were able to take a look and diagnose it shortly after I limped it into their parking lot despite a full schedule and busy office. They were able to get it repaired faster than I would have expected, and were also able to address some other repairs to the ball joints/control arms at the same time. Highly satisfied with their service, communication through the repair, and pricing! Great experience.

Tiremaxx's customer service is 100/10. If I could give 10 stars I would! The best repair shop company I have ever delt with.
Also their cappuccinos are way better than Starbucks coffee! Highly recommend utilizing their waiting area and enjoying some while you wait.

I work at a bank and we had a customer calling in to pay for his sister's tires over the phone. There were issues with the card even though the customer had the funds. These fine people were so patient. We'd exhausted all options, they agreed to let us send money over a different way. Based on their customer service level from the finance perspective, I highly recommend this business!

Last week I was in St. Joe and ended up with a large bolt/nail in my tire. I went to Tiremaxx and was in a bit of a hurry. They informed me they could help but had three appointments that had just started. The man at the counter came out to look and assessed the tire, at first he thought I would need a new tire. He took it off and patched it. Very good customer service, and got me on the road quickly. I am so appreciative. Highly recommend!

Marcus at Tiremaxx was amazing! I tried getting my vehicle into another service department but they could not get me in for several days. I explained to Marcus my situation and he made sure to get me in the next day. Turns out it was something with my transmission which is not something they work on, however, amazing price to get it figured out, I mean super low price! I’ll continue to go there in the future!
