I called the 800 because I changed address and didn't get mail so was worried the st joseph people they returned my call the exact same day it was a woman i talked to she was nice friendly I have a disability she was very nice

I am very disappointed, but this is the only establishment I have consistently received bad service and treatment. I have faced nothing but hostility from the worker with the long dark hair and glasses, as well as the older lady with short hair. They were extremely disrespectful to friends with me, making aggressive, racist remarks about where she was sending her package and reprimanding her for asking questions or doing things incorrectly under their guidance.

Im currently deployed to the Middle East. With the snow storms my drive way accumulated lots of snow. With the drift more snow came and covered the mailbox. My wife cleaned around the mailbox and noticed the mail was not delivered. She went to the post office and the post lady denied the mail to my wife because it was not clean enough and will not give her the mail until is clean. They are holding the mail until it’s clean. What an amazing service they are offering to a family of a deployed service member! Amazing! Thank you Saint Joe!

Service always respectful. But have had 6 packages returned to sender because they messed up finding my address. Had to pay for shipping twice. Extremely disappointed.

Worst post office ever!!!! They refused to forward my move to the PO Box that was provided… stating they didn’t have a forwarding address and refused to give me my mail .. horrible experience

ETAs never match actual deliver dates. Everything is delivered at least 2 days late. Waite park was hands down much more reliable.

The absolute worst experience. I had an appointment set up in advance, and then they decided to call me an hour and a half before it was time for me to go in and tell me that they were unable to follow through on their end with my appointment because their passport person called in sick. They knew well ahead of time, and now I am unable to get my passport in time for my trip. I will never go here, and I highly suggest you don’t either; unless you want to be cancelled on and have to flip your entire life upside down due to their lack of planning. If I knew earlier in the day I would have been able to set up an appointment elsewhere, however, they chose to wait until the last minute. I am absolutely livid. If you can avoid going here, I would.

There are some really nice people who work here. Thank you for all your help and being patient with the people who don’t always know the post office process. :)
