I received the hat I ordered in a plastic bag with no protection. It was crushed and destroyed so badly that It could not be reformed to its original shape. A total waste of time and money. DO NOT purchase a hat from these cavalier sellers. Then they charge you to send their trashed out junk back to them. I would not be surprised to find out that this hat had already been returned because of damage and then they ship it to me. They are not to be trusted...Caveat Emptor!!

Terrible customer service. My package never arrived. They made me wait over a week to get a refund. And then when they refunded me, they refunded me $19 out of $24! How are they going to charge me for shipping for an item I never received?!? They stole over five dollars from me. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with any company.

I placed my first and only order with Coolibar and so far, just OK.The fabric is heavier than I thought it would be.We'll see - I got a long-sleeved over up - I will update at end of the summer.

Be careful!! Refunds take forever!! There is NO REASON for a return to take 2 or more weeks after they receive an item. If you want me to continue spending money with a company then return my money fast so I can buy again. Their clothes are very cute. I'd love to try them; but I will not! My money is taken from my account is seconds! Then it is returned 2-3 weeks later.

What’s the point of putting mesh in the crown of your summer hats if there’s multiple fabric panels behind it, to block the purpose of the mesh ventilation? I bought one of your hats which aspired to the look of a full air crown Henschel, with that mesh, but it had worse ventilation than a Tilley, which has a tiny band of mesh in the crown.

The product is good but the service is below any standard. They changed the size of one of their hat models but did not inform this when I ordered. When I wrote an email to ask about this , they never bothered to replied. Their website does not work properly what makes it impossible to order products from Singapore at the same time they block Amazon from shipping their products to Singapore. Good products but Zero customer care!

Just inquired about the status of my order. Was told the warehouse is short staffed, probably wont go out until tomorrow, which would make a 3 day processing time. Both online chats were ended by them not me when I was responding. Finally called. Order online all the time and this is an unheard of time frame. Cant cancel the order, can only return. For what they charge for their clothing, outrageous. Now I understand why the expedited shipping costs were so high. Truly disappointing.

I am a longtime customer of Coolibar. I have purchased rash guards, sun hats, swim skirts and tights. Told family and friends how great their products are. Unfortunately I recently bought a mens rash guard shirt for my husband that was defective. The fabric started disintegrating less than 1 month after purchase and was only worn 4 times. There were strings and pieces of elastic fraying from the arm and shoulder. I thought no problem, good products = good company. I couldn't have been more wrong. After several frustrating emails and a call to the rude customer representative, I was issued a partial refund. After 2 more emails, I was informed I was charged $6.95 to return a defective shirt!! My advice now is only purchase an overpriced item from this company if you're feeling lucky.

I would not recommend purchasing items from this company. I purchased four long sleeve t-shirts. Mind you, I have cheap t-shirts that I have owned for 20 years that still look newish. The shirts I purchased from Coolibar developed holes near the waThis was about I contacted customer service and the first question asked was "did I wear a seatbelt?" At that point the conversation went from bad to worse. I really didn't call to ask for a refund or anything else. I was just calling to inform them. Later I called back and left a vm for a supervisor. She sent me an email defending the customer service rep, saying the questions were valid. The bottom line is these shirts were fairly expensive. Coolibar presents itself as a quality manufacturer. That's not been my experience and the customer service isn't helpful. there are other Sun-protection clothing companies out there. Use them. Avoid Coolibar.

I have purchased this brand in the past. The item we ordered needed to be returned. Unfortunately, to return by usps required me to pay postage which is being deducted from by credit. I am very disappointed in Coolibar to charge a return fee. Their prices are inline with Nordstroms, Bloomingdale's etc who pay for return shipping. Therefore I will shop at those stores in the future. Ellen S.

I was a new customer and ordered a couple shirts. I was able to advantage of the new customer discount. I didn't like the color of one of the shirts. I called and asked about exchanging it. I explained that I was able to get a discount, being a new customer. The comment was, "We don't exchange, return it and buy the one you want." BUYER BEWARE, They don't do exchanges. Be sure to order right the first time. The sizing chart is good and the quality of the shirts were good as well. Good Luck!

I already regret placing an order with them. I just placed my order and I contacted the customer service for some help with shipping options. They were so rude!! Never have experienced such harsh communication even with spammers. Waiting to get my product but after I came to this page my expectations are low.
