My tire's valve broke while I was in the Costco parking lot. I had no clue what to do. Even though they were busy, they set me up and replaced the valve (within an hour) for only $12. Super nice staff helped me in a pinch. Thank you

I bought my tires here so when I had a slow leak I brought it here because it's almost free ($3.37 for a kit needed).
I read reviews so I hesitated to go here and called around for other places. They all charged at least $35 and it would take the same amount of time - which Costco said would be 1.5-2 hours.
When I dropped it off there were 4 people waiting and only 1 person at the front. But the line went fast and I only waited about 5 minutes. 2 of the people had no appointment, they were just buying care batteries.
It was done in 1.75 hours and I got in line with 3 people in front of me. The guy recognized me so he handed me my keys and off I went.
Good service, right on time, and almost free.

They take way too many appointments so when I showed up for my 4:00 appointment they didn't even start it until after 5:00. Poor employees were running around like crazy. It's a shame to see Costco turning into just another crappy company that doesn't give a crap about customer service.

Costco management, if you can hear me… The day I was here it was the best run Costco tire center I’ve ever seen. Genuinely good staff, Carter, Felipe, and the rest. It was busy, but everyone was polite and did a great job. Sometimes, (usually) you do need to plan ahead to use the Tire Center, but your staff convinced me that planning ahead is worth it. Next time I buy my tires there.

I had an appointment at 11am on November 30th, the employees stated that it would take around an hour and half to complete our tire change. At about 2 hours in, we got a call saying that the wrong tires were shipped and they could not complete the appointment.
We asked to speak to a supervisor because we spent over two hours of our day to find out that the wrong tires were shipped by Costco, as they stated. The employees we were working with would not allow us to speak to a supervisor and we spent another 45 mins to get a refund in the store and start all over on a new order.
As a first time customer with the tire center, it was a really frustrating process. I'm not sure what the purpose was to make an appointment if they are not going to start on our car until 2 hours later. If they knew the tires were not going to work, they should have called us right away OR if they were not going to start on our car until 2 hours into the appointment, then they should have apologized for the wait.
We were able to get in a week later with the correct tires, about a 2 and a half hour wait. That evening, our tire pressure alert kept coming on. I would fill up the tire and then a few hours later, one of the tires would need it again. We had to go back to the Costco Tire Center and have it looked at, they did not properly seal the tire. We spent over 6 hours waiting on the Costco Tire Center all together. This was a huge frustration and as mentioned, we were first time tire center customers so this experience could have been a lot better and I'm really disappointed that with how much we spent that we could not speak to a supervisor.

Update 11/22: Popped by bc my tire seemed low. Once again, I received great service and had my car back in a couple hours!! This time, standing in line at the service counter I was in awe of how hard everyone was working. And so patient and kind with all customers! Thank you!
Wow!! What a difference!! Is there new management at the tire center? I was treated w the utmost courtesy and my service was completed in a timely manner. Everyone was polite and professional. Very different than past experiences. What a great team. Thank you!!

Since I bought my tires here, the patch job only costs me $3 for the kit. Stars off because it's an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time, and I'm behind a lady who didn't even have an appointment.

We requested the BF Goodrich Advantage Control tires and they installed Bridgestone Weatherpeak tires, which cost $30 more per tire without telling us. This is a completely incompetent crew. Go to a chain tire shop.

Time estimate off by almost an hour before I received my keys. Not enough help at the desk. Toby spent 20 minutes selling one set of tires. I would have made different arrangements.

Love Costco! People everywhere ready to help. Great snacks and food at the end to keep the kids engaged. So many things I need, especially seasonal items. And if you pay attention, deals to be had! I even think the parking has improved at this location.

All Costco's are awesome. I've never met Costco I didn't like. All the way back to when they were Price club. But what they do best is their Kirkland hotdog! Great price, and you can't beat the flavor.
