This was the worst experience I've ever had at a retail store, a tire shop, or a car service center in my whole life. They didn't even look at my tires until 2 hours after my appointment and then they refused to do the service I paid them for while trying to upsell me leaving me driving home with a spare tire, wasting an entire afternoon, and still needing to get tire service done somewhere else another day

I recently visited the Costco Tire Center and was met with a very disheartening experience. Despite being a loyal customer, I found the service to be severely lacking. There was a noticeable absence of staff at the service desk, and the few employees present seemed to deliberately avoid acknowledging the customers waiting for assistance. This lack of attention made for an extremely frustrating experience, especially given the considerable time I spent waiting.Moreover, the demeanor of some staff members was quite rude, further adding to my disappointment. As a customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, which was unfortunately not met during my visit. This experience has significantly affected my view of Costco's customer service standards.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements, ensuring that future customers do not face similar issues.

I am glad I did not read all the reviews before deciding to purchase tires. It is true that they do not answer the phone. I stood in line one day to buy tires, and I watched as the phone just rang and rang. What's the point of having a phone, if they're not going to answer it? I did hover when my tires were being installed to check on status myself. Of course, this was in early October. They did not tell me that my tire sensors would reset only after driving on the highway, so I wasted time circling back to ask why my tire pressure was off on every single tire. It is also true that there is typically only 1 person working the service counter, which involves long wait times to check-in and check-out.

I scheduled a tire rotation for 1:00. Arrived 5 minutes early. It’s now 3:00 and I’m still waiting. Free rotation isn’t really free if it takes over 2 hours. Simply pathetic.

Unfortunately, this was a really terrible customer experience. I was prepared to spend the 60-90 minutes they quoted shopping or sitting in the food court. After two hours with no update, I walked back to check on the status and was told to walk around to the garage to ask one of the repairmen. They told me it would be another 40-60 minutes. Back into the food court (the only place to sit) for another full hour. When I came back to check in again, I was told "We're really behind. Everyone's delayed this much. We'll text you when it's ready." I then asked for a time estimate, and after the employee went back into the shop, was told it actually was ready. My appointment was at 2 and I left at 5:30 after what was supposed to be a 90 minute appointment. I understand things happen, but I received no apology or any effort to make it right (small gift card, etc.). I would not encourage others to purchase tires here — but if you do, make sure you don't have anything else scheduled.

Not enough people working the front counter. 20 minutes in line in order to leave them know I was here to have my tires installed.

Quick check-in, potential to drop the car off, and get tires installed prior to the actual appointment. Discounts basically paid for my membership this year.

The customer service at this location sucks. There really is no other way to say it. Within 10 mins i encountered 6 staff members who were lol. They could care less about customers. But...... like every location they do have that great deal on hot dogs

Went in an hour before close expecting that they would only be able to put on my spare for me but instead they stayed open later and were able to fix my tire! Very helpful! Thanks!

Low prices however customer service was severely lacking. I was never contacted when my car was done. Ended up being done for hours.

I always love going to Costco and I recommend the executive membership because if you're a frequent shopper you'll get cash back on your spending! I highly recommend it and when it comes to gas I recommend a non busy time as it is always super long. Plus their gas station is quite in an inconvenient location if the line gets too long. When it comes to shopping days I recommend avoiding Saturday and especially sundays! Their parking is tricky to get through when it is busy. Otherwise if you have a big family or want to save money this is the place to get groceries. Also don't hesitate on their clothes because I've gotten sweatpants here at a great price and great quality! Highly recommend Costco!

Super disappointed in Costco, no stars deserved. After waiting 3 weeks for the tires to arrive, and many snowstorms later, they are lost somewhere in transit, no record of where the tires are and the resolution is to cancel and re-order. No thanks, wasted enough time. However, the customer service person who took my call was fantastic and deserves 5 stars.
