I LOVE the products at this store and always have. This review reflects the service we received today at this location. It was unfortunate to feel unwelcome the moment we walked into the store with our son. The employee who kept checking in on us was cold and simply wanted us out of the store because they closed in 15 minutes - I get wanting to close up shop but she was very rude and aggressive about it. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store. We were watching the time/ wanted to be respectful and were not planning on staying past closing time… Makes me never want to come back to this location again, such a bummer.

Quite the snazzy store for big middle aged kiddos to play in. Also, if you need or want to find a unique gift that you can't find in a Target or Walmart store, tis the place to go.
Fun noise makers, kaleidescopic toys, cars, magnetic monsters and more. Plus art supplies like scissors, clay, paper, wiggly squiggly pens, and more.

Wonderful customer service. My daughter received a toy for Christmas that doesn’t seem to work right. They told me bring it in and we will exchange it!! I was pretty surprised. I was that easy. Thank you.

Staff is great. But the laminate at the self serve laminator has gone up 30 cents and is so much cheaper and awful quality. My $30 laminator does a better job now.

My sister and I had a problem with our laminate we had done there and the local employees and customer service were very helpful in making things right. We will definitely continue to shop and have laminating done there.

Walked in and began grabbing items. No one greeted me or offered help. Meanwhile, another person breezed in and got all the attention. After about 20 mins, as I piled all my goods on the floor (since I could not hold them all), an employee finally approached me asking if I needed anything. I said, "I'd really like some help, if that's possible." She then went into full professional mode: helped me carry; looked up my account; searched for discounts; etc. The selection was amazing. Clean, organized, fully stocked. I won't be revisiting anytime soon because of how I was ignored. Color of my skin? TBD.
